Fantastisch
Pros:

Kreeg een suite ipv kamer, een gratis upgrade. Prachtig historisch kader, perfecte ligging overal vlakbij op wandelafstand.

Cons:

Parking niet voor LPG wagens, terwijl al veel ondergrondse garages wel toelaten.

Pros:

Ontbijt was heel goed. Voldoende keuze. Personeel was super vriendelijk.
Het hotel heeft een goede locatie vlakbij de Grote Markt. Parkeergarage onder het hotel is zeer praktisch.

Cons:

Als ik iets moet opmerken. Voor ons waren de hoofdkussens te zacht maar dat ik persoonlijke smaak. Voor de rest heb ik geen opmerkingen. Alles piekfijn in orde

When we return to Bruges we will return to The Grand Hotel Casselbergh; a splendid experience!
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly, well-informed, and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants, chocolatiers, and transportation. It is a beautiful location and we especially loved the view of the terrace and canal at the back of the hotel. Thank you for making our stay exceptional.

Pleasant stay at good location
Pros:

Beautiful bedroom and excellent location - bed was super comfortable. Sleepers and bathrobes available. Great breakfast buffet. Didn’t have time to use spa facilities but look forward for the next time

Prachtig, luxueus hotel met alles op en aan. Pure verwennerij. Het gebouw op zich was al een extra bezienswaardigheid. Toplocatie bovendien. Een aanrader! Wel wat hogere prijsklasse natuurlijk.
