Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. Great location, walking distance to everything. Staff were really friendly. Rooms and hotel facilities clean. Great breakfast range. Definitely worth it.

Stunning historical hotel in centre of Bruges
Pros:

Wow what a beautiful hotel. Stunning decor, rooms were a good size with ensuite. Staff very helpful and has an underground private car park. Would love to stay there again.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS HOTEL ****
Pros:

Without doubt, one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was impeccably clean, very roomy, relaxing, and a lovely ambience, due to the subtle fresh tones and colours used. The staff are all fantastic, very helpful, and always welcome you with a smile. A special mention and thanks to Shania, she was amazing. Breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. Every morning the freshest and best local produce, the best breads, cereals, fruits, cheeses, meats, fish, eggs and juices. Parking is available on the lower ground floor of the hotel, you would need to book this in advance, it has a car elevator that lowers you to the parking garage level, and there are good number of spaces. There is a gym available for use, also a sauna and steam room, plenty of towels and loungers available to rest and relax in the spa area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, you won't be disappointed. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so unforgettable:-)

Fantastic Property
Pros:

The hotel was perfect! Location can’t be beat. Everybody at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful! The room and overall ambience of the hotel was just beautiful, very elegant and upscale. We have traveled all over the world and stayed in many nice properties , but this was our favorite by far, we felt like we were in a Royal Palace . The breakfast was nothing short of amazing! The selection and presentation was beyond perfection. We highly recommend and hope to return to this wonderful property and city!
