Pros:

Отель выполнен в историческом стиле и выглядит интересно в интерьере холла. Хорошее местоположение рядом с оперой. Удобно, если вы приехали как раз посетить оперу. И до основных достопримечательностей тоже недалеко.

I will not be back in this hotel next I visit Vienna.
Pros:

The location was good and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

It’s very old. Cleaning is bad - in one week they didn’t clean once even though we requested cleaning 3 times, they only changed the towels. No parking and there is no iron.

Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een prachtige locatie. Binnen is het net zo imposant. Mooie lobby die stylevol is ingericht. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk.
Het ontbijt was heerlijk en gevarieerd.

Cons:

In het trappenhuis is het heel warm. Daar is de serverruimte waarschijnlijk.?

Will definitely return to this place if I visit Vienna in future.
Pros:

The rooms were amazing and so were the staff. It’s located very close to everything and within walking distance.

Cons:

I only had two minor issues. The AC in the bedroom wasn’t as good, although the one in the living room was great. It’ll also be good to have some English movie channels available so the kids don’t get so bored.
