Pros:

国立歌劇場でオペラを観るのに最適のロケーション。地下鉄駅も路面電車駅もバスもすぐそばで、どこに行くのも便利が良い。
おかげで60代女一人旅でも、夜11:00近くまでかかるオペラを観て、5分足らずで、歩いて帰ることができました。もちろん、人がまだ遊んでいて往来があることもありますが。
部屋も広く必要なものは全部揃っていて、ヨーロッパであまり見ない湯沸かしポットもありました。
スタッフも親切でフレンドリー、快適な滞在でした。

У нас были апартаменты. 2 Комнаты удобные в классическом стиле. Кухонная стойка. Расположение отличное. Вроде в центре. Но тихо. Спать отлично.

Cons:

Нет швейцара , который поднял бы твои чемоданы. Заходишь потом поднимаешься 5 лестниц, затем еще 3 лестницы с тяжелыми чемоданами. Устаревший ремонт. Видно что давно ремонт не делали. Мрачновато как то. А так вообще ничего

Loved this apartment hotel
Pros:

Location is wonderful, right across from the Opera House and a Metro station down the block. Many restaurants nearby. Staff were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful with any information we needed and arranging for transportation. Very tasteful entry and lobby area. Quiet hotel apartment. Refrigerator, small stove and dishwasher in apartment.

Cons:

No coffee maker in the room. There is coffee available in the lobby but we prefer to make it in our room in the mornings. Second "bedroom" is open to the living area but it was not an issue for us.

Pros:

Öncelikle çok merkeziydi. Yürüyerek zaten merkez ek olarak farklı yere gitmek isterseniz de metro durağı hemen yanınızda. Odamız çok büyüktü, cadde manzarası harika, personel çok ilgili. Her şey için teşekkür ederim. Ailecek mutlaka aynı oteli tercih edeceğiz.

A piece of history in a historical area
Pros:

- very spacious room (executive apartment) with separate living, kitchenette and real desk great for working
- central location next to the Opera and the main metro station
- Cute little lobby with free Coffee an Tea all day
- Its slightly vintage interior gives it a special charm when visiting Vienna for a few days
- very very friendly and discrete staff (brought a birthday gift to the room)

As always, a very pleasant and convenient stay in a perfect location.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient. Free, cold sparkling moneral water is a much appreciated bonus.

Cons:

There was some confusion on thbe website about how often (if at all) the apartment would be serviced. However, on arrival, it was made clear that we could opt for "every day" with no extra charge – which suited us well.
