Location, value & room size was perfect for the 2 of us

Cons:

It's not that hard to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom through the existing split window. The roof fan is useless and the mirror stays fogged up for hours after a shower. Like stepping out into a thick fog when you get out of the shower
