Hotel guests are asked to book entry to the spa in advance. Please note that spa guests must be at least 18 years old. Children under 18 are welcome in the spa between 09:00-10:00 with a parent or guardian.

One of the best!
Pros:

Hotel is excellent. Big rooms, comfy beds, great facilities, sleek, stylish. Staff are great. The restaurant attached is amazing and the breakfast is one of the best I've had. Right on waterfront and you can get the boat straight into the city.

Es ist ein wunderbares Hotel in bester Lage.
Pros:

Es war alles super. Das Hotel liegt an einer Bootsanlegestelle. Es fährt alle 15 Minuten ein Boot in das Zentrum Stockholms. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Cons:

Der Kaffee war nur ein Filterkaffee. Man konnte sich aber einen Espresso kostenpflichtig dazu bestellen. Also das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Sonst war das Frühstücksbuffet Spitzenklasse.

Trevlig vistelse i Stockholm på ett hotell som har det mesta.
Pros:

Frukosten en av de bästa och mest kompletta vi upplevt i Sverige, massor att välja mellan för allergiker. Personalen är mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående. Lätt att komma in till stan eller Nacka tack vare SL båtarna som går ofta. Vi åt två måltider på hotellet och vi var mycket nöjda med båda.

Cons:

Priset för hotellrummet är lite för högt.

Parkeringen totalt usel. Råder alla med bil att välja annat hotell. Flera gäster inlåsta o måste vänta på hjälp att ta sig ut..

Helt ok,men gör något åt badrummen-det är en liten kostnad att fräscha upp!

Tredje gången jag bor här,och det är ett jättefint hotell som rekommenderas!Härliga rum,bra läge och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Det enda som är lite skevt med hotellet är badrummen..fogen mellan badkar och vägg är i behov av att bytas ut(mögel) samt att duschen har ett riktigt dåligt tryck och duschdraperiet kändes oerhört daterat och ofräscht
