Hotel guests are asked to book entry to the spa in advance. Please note that spa guests must be at least 18 years old. Children under 18 are welcome in the spa between 09:00-10:00 with a parent or guardian.

Advanced bookings for the hotel restaurant are recommended.

If 9 or more rooms are reserved for the same dates by the same booker, they will be treated as a group reservation, whereby different policies and additional supplements will apply. A short break with daughter to use the spa facilities and exploring Djurgarden and its museums.
Pros:

Pleasant and calm
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of food options including vegan
Staff were overall pleasant and friendly
The location is nice, by the water, quiet area. Not central but with very frequent boat rides to other areas

Cons:

Room cleaning service was really bad
There's no way to directly contact reception if needed; no phones available in the room to contact them

Fremragende personale. Skønne faciliteter. God mad. Stort og dog venligt og atmosfærefyldt.
Pros:

Personalet var fremragende. Adam i receptionen løste alt, betjeningen i restauranten var afslappet og opmærksom. Lobbyområdet var stort og varieret- et sted vi havde lyst at sidde. Vores værelser var skønne. Udsigten foran hotellet formidabel - hotellet serverer helt ude på kanten af kajen. Vi var SÅ glade for at dette blev vores valg i Stockholm.

Cons:

Det eneste minus er, at Spa-området er meget dyrt - også for hotellets gæster.

sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt
Pros:

sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und es ging alles sehr gut vom Hotel aus zu erkunden. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden was man erwartet und das Personal sehr freundlich und im perfekten Englisch.

Cons:

der Zugang zum Parkhaus erklärt sich nicht gleich von selbst. Aber wenn man es verstanden hat, ist es gar kein Problem.
