Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Alles rundum war perfekt bis auf den einen Rezeptionisten, der recht oberflächlich war.

A room with a view
Pros:

One of the best views from any hotel I've stayed in, overlooking Stockholm's beautiful waterways and accessible by commuter ferry. Nice hotel with good sized room, great breakfast selection, restaurant attached and helpful staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately a bag of ours went missing from the luggage room - be aware that this is not monitored and you could take whatever luggage you pleased. Like much of Scandinavia it works on an honour system which is fine if people are, well, honourable. I understand it isn't the hotel's responsibility but it did put a late negative on our stay so have taken a mark off. Notwithstanding this, would still recommend the hotel highly.

Onnistunut kokonaisuus.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli vegaanille kohtalaisen hyvä. Jäin kaipaamaan esim. vegaanisia lettuja, nakkeja ja jotain pullaa tai croisantteja.

Cons:

Meillä oli todella aikainen lähtö ja kun saimme aamiaisen mukaan niin se oli kyllä pettymys. Yksi pieni täytetty sämpylä, mehu ja päärynä oli kuin koululaisen retki eväät.

Felt luxurious
Pros:

The staff were wonderful! Food was absolutely delicious. Fresh orange juice, great cocktails, and luxurious dinner. Lovely relaxing spa.

Cons:

The beds could have been more comfortable. Better to have 3 different pillows in the room than having to go to reception to change. There needs to be a bathtub mat so it is not dangerously slippery. Would be better with a shower instead.
