Calme et luxe à deux encablure de bateau du centre historique
Pros:

Emplacement parfait à l’écart de l’agitation touristique mais très accessible par le bateau en bas de l’hôtel. La chambre super spacieuse et le super petit déjeuner

Hotel op een prachtige locatie, ruim opgezet en super vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij vonden de ligging heel leuk en echt mooi zolang het water, het ligt misschien niet in het centrum, maar met de boot is het eigenlijk een fantastische extra beleving om naar het centrum te gaan, ook hebben wij veel gebruikt gemaakt van de stapjes.

Het hotel was heel erg schoon en ruim opgezet. Ook het ontbijt was prima in orde.

Cons:

Het hotel is relatief duur en dingen als de spa zijn niet inbegrepen. Daarnaast hadden wij het leuk gevonden om bijvoorbeeld een bordspel te spelen terwijl wij een wijntje gedronken alleen deze waren niet beschikbaar.

We hadden een tweepersoonsbed, maar twee losse dekens. Wij persoonlijk voorkeur aan een deken.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Lovely hotel fabulous location with a great restaurant and bar area. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.
The ferry stop is just outside of the hotel with a short hop over to the overside so the location is excellent if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main centre .

Cons:

Breakfast was excellent but very chaotic at the weekend with so many people wanting tables - excellent choice in the buffet though

Super sejour. Parfait pour une déconnexion totale.
Pros:

L'architecture de l'hotel en brique. Les belles vues depuis la chambre. L'emplacement a côté d'un arrêt bateau pour se rendre au centre ou aux iles proches.Malgré la grande taille de l'hôtel, toujours très calme et agréable. Le personnel très sympatique. Très propre. La litterie magnifique.

Cons:

C'est la Suède, c'est normal, mais les prix au bar et restaurant sont quand même elevés.

Very pleasant stay when visiting Stockholm
Pros:

Historic property, beautifully converted. Spacious room. View across the water. Convenient ferry stop in front of the hotel, hence easy access to the city, museums etc. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Ein angenhmer Ort um Stockholm zu entdecken

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, insbesondere der Blick Richtung Altstadt.

Cons:

Die Zentralheizung reichte nicht um unser Zimmer auf eine für uns angenehme Temperatur zu bringen. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir einen elektrischen Heizer, mit dem wir unsere individuelle Wohlfühltemperatur einstellen konnten.

Relaxing, easy and beautiful
Pros:

Location was great, went with the boat everywhere. Super close, easy and fast. Hotel is truly beautiful and we were very well treated. Also went to the spa and that was also lovely. 10/10

Beautiful Hotel, Overrated Spa, Inconvenient Location
Pros:

The facilities were fantastic. The room was spacious enough, and the staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Those aspects definitely made the experience much more enjoyable.

Cons:

There weren’t necessarily problems with the hotel itself, but rather with aspects that affected the overall experience.

I didn’t love the location. The view is fantastic, but getting there can be a bit complicated. If you enjoy walking like I do, it may become frustrating trying to get around on foot. I tried walking to Södermalm, which is technically nearby, but crossing the bridge felt like a challenge every time.

I also visited the Vana Spa and personally found it overpriced. The Duo Treatment was definitely not worth the price in my opinion — it felt like a fairly standard massage. That said, the spa facilities themselves are beautiful. The atmosphere was very calm and quiet, though it seemed to cater more to an older crowd rather than people in their 30s.

Exceeded our expectations particularly in terms of the perfect location.
Pros:

Excellent all round. Large very comfortable room, excellent breakfast and fantastic location right next to the ferry stop to Gamla Stan.

Hôtel spacieux, reposant, idéal pour un séjour détente à Stockholm malgré un service parfois inégal.
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le calme de l’emplacement ainsi que la vue agréable autour de l’hôtel. L’accès au centre-ville est très pratique grâce au bateau/ferry qui passe toutes les dix minutes juste devant l’établissement, même s’il faut être un peu à l’aise avec les transports publics. La chambre était particulièrement spacieuse, avec une ambiance cosy et presque un esprit duplex. Tout est pensé pour profiter d’un séjour reposant sur place, notamment grâce au spa. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et servi dans une immense salle capable d’accueillir de nombreux clients.

Cons:

Malgré la grande variété proposée au petit déjeuner, le choix de viennoiseries et de gâteaux reste assez limité. J’ai également été déçue par le service en restauration : après avoir été installée et avoir reçu la carte, personne n’est venu prendre ma commande alors que la salle était déjà très fréquentée. J’ai finalement quitté le restaurant sans que cela ne semble être remarqué.
