Teleurstellend
Pros:

De locatie en de vriendelijke stagiair Wout. Wat een topper. Zo jong en dan al zo gastvrij en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Vooraf was ons niets bekend van de verbouwing die gaande was. Dit werd pas gemeld toen ik de boeking definitief had gemaakt. Omdat ik pas een dag van tevoren had geboekt heb ik het zo gelaten in de hoop dat we er geen last van zouden hebben. Wij begrijpen niet dat jullie in deze fase hotelkamers voor de volle prijs aanbieden. Tussen de bouwvakkers , stijgers en stof door krijg je een oude kamer… een reductie of tegemoetkoming was zeer op zijn plek geweest. Ontbijt was goed en personeel erg vriendelijk.

Kussens waren niet lekker om op te slapen. Snap dat het subjectief is, maar dat viel me helaas op. Verder was het erg stoffig in de kamer.

Der tolle Blick auf die Gracht und die Nähe zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Aktuell wir umgebaut. Dadurch ist ein Aufzug nicht Betrieb. Das macht es etwas umständlich. Ohne Baustelle wäre es sicher noch besser gewesen.
