Friendly staff, good position, competitive rates.
Pros:

Check in smooth, room spacious and clean, wifi strong and easily accessed, great coffee machine in the reception area, good location, competitive price, and basic kitchen facilities in the room is a great touch.

Cons:

Curtains needed maintenance and there is some noise from the street below. The fittings in the room are a little dated, but they've made up for that with some new touches. For the money, this is an excellent choice for CBD accommodation.

Nice, comfortable hotel close to theatre, tram and Little Bourke St restaurants.
Pros:

Location was spot on for our visit to Princess Theatre and tram travel.

Cons:

The cold tap in the kitchen area was not working.

Pros:

Very spacey and I was surprised to find a kitchenette in the room! Location is great, and the staff were very friendly.

Perfect and safe without breaking the bank. Great cafe for breakfast just next door.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Perfect location to walk everywhere or to get easily to public transport. When we had a flickering light it was fixed straight away. Good value. Good to have little lounge with tables by reception for our group to meet up for a chat and laugh.
