Pros:

2 minute walk to the train and 20 minutes to the MCG

Cons:

Street noise was excessive throughout the night,with dump trucks emptying bins/recycling from 1:30am every night.

Fabulous!
Pros:

We had a great stay at this wonderfully located little hotel on Lt Bourke St. the rooms are basic but clean and very comfortable.
Extremely close and handy to everything in the heart of Melbourne within an easy walk.
A special mention to concierge Lilly. This polite and helpful young lady is an asset to the property and couldn’t do enough for us, with great local information. In particular, there was a fire alarm (inconsequential) and she handled that situation with the calm and courtesy of a true professional.
This property is exceptional value and we will be back!

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large and well equipped. The kitchenette was well appointed and it was very handy. The location to theatres and excellent food options was fabulous.

Cons:

Unfortunately because of the location, the outside noise i.e. the bump outs and ins of the theatre opposite along with the frequent noisy bin emptying by council took a lot of getting used to.

Basic but great location & friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location. All staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal for our requirements for our stay.

Cons:

Can't report too many things. Maybe parking was outside and exposed & similar rates to undercover, monitored ones, but it was still convenient.

L'emplacement est excellent, les lits sont très confortables

Cons:

J'étais surprise qu'il n'y avait pas de plaques pour cuisinner. En relisant attentivement ce n'est pas marqué qu'il y a des plaques de cuissant mais je trouve que la mention appartement avec "kitchnette" industriale en erreur.
