We stay at City limits every time we go to Melbourne, the location is fantastic. David and all the staff are so friendly and obliging amazing place to stay 😁

The location and the extremely friendly staff!!
Property was close and convenient to the Eye & Ear Hospital, which was why we were in Melbourne for the night. Booking online was very convenient, and we were upgraded to a King Triple which was very lovely of them.
Great location to be central to theatre district, Chinatown and lots of restaurants. The staff were super friendly, the room was lovely and clean and had everything in good working order. I loved that I could open windows and get some fresh air, that there was a bath and the little kitchen was perfect for heat and eat meals.
Being on the 2nd floor, the 5.30am bin truck every morning was a rude awakening!

Room was showing signs of becoming tired and not a lot to look at our the window.
Staff were mixed. Some very friendly, others quite serious.

Great value for money, large, room, clean, great kitchenette, excellent location and reception hours are good. Having access to filtered water was great. Short walk to grocery store and is within free city tram area.

I had requested a room on upper floors instead I was put near the ground floor, it was much noisier. The bedding was very uncomfortable
Size of the room was good and reasonably quiet during the night. Close to Chinatown and walking distance to MCG. Staff were great, thank you!!
One small hitch that I was told I could get into my room at 7am and I couldn’t contact anyone till 7.30am and left standing outside at the door but the staff was extremely apologetic and all was good!

Fabulous little, quiet studio apartment hotel
Clean, perfect location in Melbourne’s theatre district and Chinatown.
The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave - loved it !!
New to Melbourne so found hotel close to where we needed to be for a wedding. Perfect location only one building away. In house Cafe was real treat. Good selection of books and games. Brilliant staff.
