Pros:

Micro-onde, frigo, piscine, gymnase et déjeuner. Confortable et tranquille.

Cons:

Price …they asked for 100$ more than the initial price. I had the ask for a refund.

Très bon accueil. Grande chambre propre. Plancher sans tapis. Déjeuner inclus

Pros:

It was very modern, clean and comfortable

Cons:

During the day, it was a little bit noisy because of the big street nearby, but it was not very busy during the night so we were able to have a very good sleep

Les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Les lits étaient confortables.

Cons:

Salle de bain un peu vétuste. Beaucoup de bruits dans le couloir (des jeunes d’équipes sportives sans supervision. Les parents buvaient de la bière assis dans le couloir. J’ai des photos.). Wifi lent et sans sécurité.

Les chambres sont propres le personnel à la réception sont tres bien

Cons:

le déjeuner du samedi était bon mais dimanche c'était la même chose mais bcp moins bien saucisse plissées œufs bcp moin bon. Le personnel des chambres sentent vraiment la grosse sueur et fort plusieurs l'on remarqué.
les employés étaient près de notre chambre à faire leur travail quand on est parti pour le déjeuner eux n'avait pas à faire la chambre j'avais un rouleau de papier toilette neuf l'autre étant pas terminé mais presque. On est parti déjeuner et quand on est revenu le rouleau n'était plus là tous deux somme posé questions si ils font cela sont capable de faire autre est ce qu'il font cela pour qu'on demande et veulent du pourboire ou ??

Pros:

Chambre confortable. Accès au bloc de chambres via le stationnement facilite le déplacement des personnes à mobilité réduite. La réceptionniste à l'accueil (Manon) offre un excellent service en expliquant le fonctionnement et les services offerts et ce dans la cordialité. J'ai apprécié qu'elle me contacte pour m'aviser que j'avais oublié un objet dans ma chambre et organisé sa récupération. J'y retournerai.

They would not move my room away from the hundred kids here for a hockey tournament even though there was a room available. They told me I had to pay for a separate room if I wanted to move
