Moja izba bola cista.Bazen som len obzrel, ale prisiel mi trosku zanedbany a tak som siel na plaz, ktoru mate takmer pod nosom. Ranajky boli ultra basic tj. asi 8 jedal, nejake dzusy, kava a caj. Ak by pridali aspon paradajky s uhorkami, tak by som ich nazval "priemerne" .. ale ucel splnili. Zamestnanci boli ustretovi a mili.

Fantastisk beliggenhet. Grei valuta for pengene.

Cons:

Skittent når vi sjekka inn, og kun rengjøring hver 2-3 dag. Jacuzzien virka ikke, rooftopen var helt forlatt, dusjen hadde ikke kanter eller forheng og sluket var ganske tett så badet var oversvømt lenge etter dusj. Noen av de ansatte var uhøflige.

One good thing about the hotel is location it is close to the sea and the Old Town.

Cons:

Arrival day at the hotel, the room was very dirty, it looked as if nothing had been cleaned at all—only the bed had been made. The bathroom wall is splattered with what looks like blood.
I understand that it is a two-star hotel, but at least the room could be cleaned properly.

Pour moi, qui ai l’habitude de lire les commentaires plutôt que d’en rédiger, je suis absolument abasourdie par cette expérience.

À FUIR! Expérience extrêmement décevante, et toujours dans l’attente d’un remboursement.

À notre arrivée, lorsque nous avons découvert la chambre, nous n’en revenions pas. La réalité ne correspond absolument pas aux photos présentées lors de la réservation, que nous avons trouvées particulièrement trompeuses.

Nous avons malheureusement payé une nuit que nous n’avons même pas passée sur place. Avons été contraintes de réserver un nouvel hôtel. Nous sommes toujours dans l’attente du retour de Booking concernant notre demande de remboursement malgré plusieurs relance depuis Juillet.

Ce qui est d’autant plus surprenant, c’est que l’établissement semble parfaitement au courant de la situation. La dame présente à l’accueil n’avait absolument pas l’air surprise face à nos plaintes, ni face à celles d’autres clients présents au même moment, qui étaient eux aussi très déçus de la réalité et demandaient un remboursement immédiat.

Le fait que plusieurs clients se plaignent simultanément des mêmes problèmes laisse vraiment penser que notre expérience n’était malheureusement pas un cas isolé.

Très déçus par cette expérience et par le manque de transparence. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement.

Pros:

We had an okay stay at this hotel and there were a few things we appreciated.
The mattress on the bed was soft and comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep.
The air conditioning also worked extremely well – perhaps even a little too well at times.
The location was very convenient. It was within easy reach of the city centre and the airport bus was also easily accessible which made getting around and travelling to and from the airport very straightforward.
Another pleasant surprise was the fridge in the room. It was considerably larger than we expected and had plenty of space for everything we needed to keep refrigerated during our stay.

Cons:

The bathroom was probably the biggest disappointment. The shower had no door or a curtain so water splashed onto the area underneath the sink. The wooden leg of the bathroom cabinet had clearly suffered from the moisture as a result and the ceiling had a little mold on it as well. There was also nowhere to put any of our toiletries while showering. The same problem existed around the bathroom mirror where there was no shelf or other suitable space for things such as a toothbrush or face wash.
The room itself was quite small. We had actually chosen this hotel again because during our previous stay we had been given a much more spacious room so we were expecting a similar experience this time. Unfortunately this room felt considerably more cramped.
Although the room had been cleaned, the hotel and especially the balcony were not particularly clean and there was quite a lot of visible wear and tear. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, it seemed to be a combination of dampness and the bathroom drain. The curtain was also partly detached from the curtain rod, letting in the light way too early in the morning.
The soundproofing was another major problem. The walls are very thin and throughout the night we could clearly hear people arriving on our floor by the elevator (the elevator had an outside door that shut with a major thud). This made it difficult to have a peaceful sleep.
The air conditioning worked very well initially and made the room nice and cool in the evening. However during the night the room became way too cold and since the only bedding provided was a very thin sheet, we ended up waking up during the night simply because we were too cold. We tried shutting the AC off for the night but then the room got too stuffy and airless. We also tried to change the temperature but that didn't work either. A proper blanket would have made a big difference.
Finally, the view from the room was unfortunately of renovation work on the neighbouring building.

If you are not ecxpecting something luxury than everything was good. The staff was very helpful and nice. Location is perfect, just 2 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the central area. This place is very quite at night. The room was cleaned twice during our stay in 5 nights. The bed was comfy and the room is quite big. There is a fridge, A/C, hairdryer in the room.

Cons:

Dirty balcony, the feeling it was not cleaned for ages. The room was not that clean as well. All the rest is good.

Where do I start. We booked 4 rooms for our family holiday for 7 days. All rooms were together on the same floor. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. The pool was fantastic and the upstairs abandoned rooftop bar was nice to sit at, with your own drinks. We had problems in 3 of the 4 rooms from the start. Our toilet didn't work ( fixed the next day- tick). Two rooms air-conditioning were full of mould. One room air-conditioning cleaned (after one day- tick). Second room air-conditioning not properly cleaned and toilet water leaked out from the base of the toilet and not fixed after 4 days. ( Our family members had to leave and get new accommodation elsewhere) Staff stated that the hotel was full. The air-conditioning was an add-on so we only paid for one night. The showers are very very very small in a number of the rooms and you tend to flood the bathroom, without even trying. We have spoken to booking.com are to be refunded for one room.

Everything was absolutely incredible! These were truly the best 5 days we have ever spent in Rhodes. The hotel was very clean, and our room was extremely comfortable and cozy.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They were always ready to help us with anything we needed and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

We are so happy we chose this hotel for our trip to Rhodes. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and unforgettable! We would definitely love to come back. ❤️
