Rooms, not what we expected.
Pros:

Lovely hotel

Cons:

We booked an executive room, but it was an attic room. There were no phone points, no fridge, no slippers, or housecoat, and like all attics, it was so hot room was lovely but in an attic no, and it did not have the extras that executive rooms have .

The room was too hot and window was sealed shut. They did provide a fan but it hardly helped

The Go To Hotel in Barrow in Furness
Pros:

Hotel rooms, bar,dining and location all very good. Check in and out all done remotely so very easy. Plus free parking just over the road, remember to get ticket.from Hotel or print out.

Cons:

Only slight "glitch" but very picky was that breakfast was not included through booking.com, but is if book direct with hotel
My mistake in not spotting that.

The hotel was lovely and would have stayed again and recommended if the staff weren’t so flipping rude. We rang the bell

Loved the hotel was very clean modern and lovely

Cons:

The staff were very rude. Every person we spoke to made us feel like we were a burden from the minute we checked in to when we had breakfast on the last day.

Easy to park and find , staff welcoming and helpful
Pros:

Staff went out of the way to help especially the chef, thank you for making me a vegetarian meal at the end of your shift
