Nice breakfast

Cons:

The suites are a bit old fashioned. Also not super clean. We counted at least 10 big spiders in the room and found woman hygiene product under the pillow in one of the chairs. But the most surprising thing was the bathroom/toilet set-up. The bathroom is without a door, and the toilet is directly positioned in the door opening of the bathroom, looking out into the bedroom. A very unpractical and unusual set-up.

bediening terras, na aanvankelijk heel vlotte en prima bediening werd ik volledig genegeerd om nog iets te bestellen, heb dit met het betreffende personeel besproken en hij bleef er bij dat het niet opgemerkt was

Cons:

Het hotel is een beetje gedateerd. Het was heel warm deze dagen, maar de airco (centraal) deed het prima. Alleen de kamersleutel is wat ouderwets, met die grote knol. En om elektrisch te besparen zou er een kastje moeten zijn waar je een kaart in steekt zodat er stroom in de kamer is. Verder was in het zwembad de jet stream stuk en ook de bubbels in het bubbelbad werkten niet. Het bedlampje van kamer 43 was ook kapot, dit direct gemeld, er zou een monteur komen, maar die hebben we niet gezien.

Een prachtig hotel met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Een perfecte locatie, dicht bij het dorp en goede uitvalbasis om mooie fietstochten te maken. Erg vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Er zat geen deur in de badkamer.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Twente. Prijs/kwaliteit klopt niet, te duur voor wat het is.
Pros:

we werden vriendelijk ontvangen aan de receptie, ook het personeel aan het ontbijt en in het restaurant waren zeer vriendelijk. Het aanbod van het ontbijt was zeker in orde.
Van het diner (Menu Saison) had ik meer verwacht, zeker omdat ze 16/20 hebben bij Gault Millau. Misschien zijn de normen in Nederland dan toch anders dan in België? Ook liet het personeel soms lang op zich wachten om de kaart te brengen (vooral toen we eerst in de lounge zaten).

Cons:

Ik had vooraf een bericht gestuurd naar het hotel om zeker kamers mét airco te hebben, aangezien de temperaturen dat weekend +30 graden waren. Bij aankomst bleek dat de airco in mijn kamer (er was geen airco unit in mijn kamer te bespeuren, enkel verluchtingsgaten die deze functie hadden moeten hebben) niet functioneerde. De receptie bediende is met mij meegegaan om me te tonen hoe ik de airco moest inschakelen (wat ik zelf al gedaan had) en we maakten de afspraak dat ik na het avondeten zou zien of de kamer afgekoeld was.
Bij terugkomst kwam ik de vriendelijke receptioniste tegen aan mijn kamer en ze zei dat ik een andere kamer kreeg omdat het systeem niet werkte. Hiervoor was ik zeer dankbaar.
In de nieuwe kamer werkte de airco (met binnenunit) inderdaad wel maar ik hoorde constant druppels water vallen.
Er bleek dan ook een emmer onder de airco te staan in de kast, met dweil erin en met nog een handdoek onder de emmer.
Ik ben dan niet meer terug gegaan naar de receptie, maar een geluid van druppels die vallen of zelfs water dat plots begint te lopen is niet aangenaam 's nachts. Het was ook wel duidelijk dat het hotel op de hoogte is van het probleem met de airco, anders stond die emmer daar niet.
De overnachtingen zijn niet goedkoop, ik had dan ook verwacht dat alles perfect in orde zou zijn.

Kopfkissen, sehr hoch und hart

Habe für 17:00 Uhr Sauna bestellt, die Sauna draußen war leider trotzdem nicht am Abend angeschaltet .

Blij dat we pas om een uur of 19:00 daar waren want verder is er helemaal niks in de buurt.
Pros:

De ligging was goed en de bedden waren schoon en het sanitair ook.

Cons:

De ontvangst was niet echt uitnodigend. Na een reis van 14 uur hoop je toch dat je wat kunt eten en drinken, maar alles was donker en dicht. Verderop was wel een leuke gelegenheid waar je goed kon eten en drinken.

teleurstellend, er zijn betere hotels in de omgeving.
Pros:

De wijze waarop de jonge medewerkers probeerden de werkelijke situatie in overeenstemming te brengen met onze reservering, maar daar helaas niet in slaagden.

Cons:

Een WC met uitzicht in de kamer. Geen deur tussen badkamer en kamer. Geen aandacht voor gehandicapte gasten (parkeerterrein, inloopdouche). Veel verkeerslawaai in de kamer aan de voorkant. Kamer op de eerste etage in plaats van op begane grond met uitzicht op de tuin.
