Beautiful place, amazing helpful staff and location is terrific!

Long stairs to go upstairs with a large suitcase but the staff helped us!!!

Der Innenhof ist eine Idylle. Das Hotel wird persönlich und den Kunden sehr zugewandt geführt,

Cons:

Wie in vielen Hotels;
Es werden viele Handtücher bereitgestellt, aber es fehlen Haken oder Stangen, an denen man sie trocknen kann.
Uns wurden jeden Tag neue Handtücher bereigestellt, was nicht unbedingt sein müsste (Nachhaltigkeit)

Pros:

Ubicación céntrica en bellagio. Cercana a los barcos.
Amabilidad del personal.
Nos toco una hermosa habitación con balcón.

Cons:

Habitación y baño pequeños, pero se esta en un casco histórico, es entendible

In the center of Bellagio!
Pros:

We loved the staff and the charm of the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and very cool at night. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the service impeccable.

Cons:

Not much to dislike. We slept in 2 twins, one was soft and the other very firm. I suggest the hotel add 2 nice glasses and a bottle opener to each room for convenience. The shower head in room 302 would not stay elevated but that wasn't a deal breaker.

Uma estadia maravilhosa nesse hotel. Ele é perto de vários restaurantes, do centrinho de Bellagio, além de um quarto maravilhoso e um café da manhã extraordinário. Os funcionários são cordiais, com destaque para o Michelli que nos recebeu muito bem. Recomendo muito esse hotel em Bellagio. E já sinto saudades.

Beautiful hotel, garden, and terrace
In the center of town, close to the ferry port
Very quiet at night time
Delicious free breakfast with many options
At breakfast, coffee/espresso drinks made by a barista (not a machine)

Cons:

The bed was a bit overly firm for my taste - but that would not prevent me from staying here again!

It was such a special, charming hotel. If I am ever in Bellagio again, I would only stay at Hotel Centrale!

Amazing stay would stay again
Pros:

The location was central of bellagio. It was amazing and we had such an easy check in and check out with isabella. We loved our stay. It was the best hotel we stayed in italy and it made our experience so pleasant. If we ever find ourselves in Bellagio again we will be regular patrons here. We miss the morning cappucinos made by the staff. Truly was an amazing stay.

Cons:

The stairs of bellagio to get there but thats italy for you haha it was worth it. But access would be difficukt for disabled individuals
