Cons:

Onvriendelijke ontvangst door receptioniste, die de boeking/naam niet kon terugvinden ondanks dat deze reeds was betaald.
Kamer is weinig comfortabel en sterk gedateerd. Hoofdkussens zijn vreselijk.
Bij de lift slaat de chloorlucht vanuit het zwembad je op de keel.
Diner biedt erg weinig keuze en kwalitatief zeer matig. Eerder gaarkeuken, en helaas niets Italiaans qua gerechten. Opvallend dat ook op de borden van bijna alle andere hotelgasten bepaalde gerechten voor een deel retour keuken gingen.
Laden elektrische auto: slechts 1 laadpunt aanwezig welke bezet werd gehouden door een en dezelfde auto.
Bij uitchecken is de receptioniste wederom weinig vriendelijk, informeert niet of alles naar wens is geweest o.i.d.
Absoluut geen aanrader dit hotel en zeker niet 4 sterren waard.

Pobyt na jedną noc, lecz nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań.
Pros:

Smaczne śniadanie. Miejscówka przeznaczona pod sezon zimowy. Dostępność miejsc parkingowych.

Cons:

Pokój przy szybie windy. Cały czas było słychać jej pracę. Mały prysznic (przy dużych wymiarach łazienki) brak uszczelek w drzwiach prysznica. Uszkodzony przycisk spłuczki w WC. Basen z ładnym widokiem, ale z zimną wodą.

Im Winter bestimmt super
Pros:

Nettes Personal und sauber war es auch. Das Essen ist lecker, das Frühstück ok.

Cons:

Ob Essen, Einkaufen oder was Trinken gehen, man ist auf ein Fahrbaren Untersatz angewiesen. Auch wenn die Abgeschiedenheit was schönes hat, liegt das Hotel direkt an einer Art Hauptstraße, so dass es doch sehr laut ist und ab 5 Uhr morgens schon Verkehr herrscht. Der SPA hat leider kein Zugang nach außen, so daß ein entspannen nach der Sauna im Außenbereich leider nicht möglich ist.

Pros:

The hotel is really lovely although Booking.com states it is 4km from Trento but in fact it’s 19km with the roads. The pool and sauna were a highlight, really amazing facility.

Cons:

The beds we had were very uncomfortable with thin itchy linen. We had to leave a day early and to be fair the lady at reception was very lovely and tried to be as helpful as possible

la natura sorride sempre, le persone no.
Pros:

molto buona la posizione per la quota, il panorama e i boschi circostanti: si gode il fresco. Camera assai pregevole.
Ottimo il servizio a cena, simpatici ed efficienti i camerieri; buoni molti piatti.

Cons:

Non c'erano i dépliant sul festival di Trento. Le due receptionist, pur disponibili, han mostrato scarsa empatia.

Sehr kundenfreundliches Hotel
Pros:

Wir möchten uns herzlich bedanken, dass eine Komplettstornierung auf reiner Kulanzbasis möglich gemacht wurde, da wir auf der Autobahn mit Motorschaden liegen geblieben waren. Das hat uns sehr geholfen! Wir werden sicher dieses Hotel buchen , wenn wir das nächste Mal in die Gegend kommen.
