Posizione buona, personale disponibile, letto abbastanza comodo

Cons:

Lo studio era squallido, la zona cottura molto vecchia e mal fornita, i sanitari del bagno vecchi e usurati, le finestre della camera e del bagno senza una tenda che desse un po' di privacy.

An excellent place run by an outstanding team
Pros:

The staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. I was travelling for work, so I appreciated that the studio I had was quiet. The internet connection was great; I had several online meetings with video which went very smoothly. The location is within easy walking distance of the city centre and a great place from which to explore Parma.

Cons:

I honestly cannot think of anything I didn't like. It was all great!

La pulizia, sul pavimento ho trovato impronte di scarpe da ginnastica e parti intorno al rubinetto da passare meglio, per il resto era tutto in ordine.
Anche a finestre chiuse per me un pochino disturbato
Parcheggio comunque un po' distante se si hanno bagagli

Pros:

La posizione centrale della struttura, lo staff cordiale e la disponibilità nel fare check-in prima dell' orario previsto.

Cons:

Purtroppo la stanza era poco illuminata, con dei faretti che anche all'accensione massima mantenevano una costante atmosfera di penombra. Inoltre il soffione della doccia era ossidato e con del calcare non garantendo un getto d'acqua adeguato. Lo specchio della camera da letto e del bagno

purtroppo non è stato pulito a dovere. Trovo anche poco pratica la mancanze delle tende alle finestre (sostituite solo con degli scuri); in tal modo per avere un po' di privacy si restava con la luce artificiale. Struttura con tantissimo potenziale, peccato che siano stati trascurati alcuni dettagli importanti.
