Omg avoid!!! Staff rude…letting themselves into your room ..accusing you of allsorts!! Calling the police..then being man handled by them!!! Girls avoid I swear!! Probably not coming back to Spain again!!! Horrific experience and only day 1!!! Avoid…holiday ruined…rude staff who think it’s Ok to be rude and manhandling guests!!! Not ok never again

Hotellet ligger svært sentralt i Fuengirola. Hoteller har god standar, er renslig og svært hyggelig personale! God service ved bassenget! Vasker rom hver dag!
Dårlig trykk i dusjen og litt lite basseng, men ellers var alt sammen 10/10!

En primer lugar, las instalaciones no estaban limpias, había mucha suciedad tanto en las habitaciones como pasillos, ascensores etc…
En nuestra habitación éramos 4 y a la hora de ducharnos el agua se salía de la ducha y se mojaba todo el baño, además de que el aire de la habitación iba cuando quería y un día te congelabas y al otro te morías de calor.
En cuanto al resto de instalaciones, la piscina no estaba limpia del todo y tenía un mal olor al igual que en el resto del hotel. Te paseabas por el hotel y aunque no tuvieras la cena incluida, la ropa cogía olor a fritos porque todo el hotel olía a comida.
El wifi del hotel no funciona, hemos tenido que tirar de datos los 5 días.
En cuanto al buffet, el cual cogimos tanto desayunos como cenas, hemos podido observar que además de la poca calidad de la comida, los cocineros hacen carne y pescado cada noche frente a ti y no se preocupan ni de cambiar de espátula para hacer la carne y pescado, algo que da muy mala imagen ya que con la misma que cocina y sirve el pescado, hacen la carne.
Además de eso lo que más nos dejó sorprendidos fue la falta de educación y mal trato por parte del personal del buffet.
Nosotros, que éramos de los pocos clientes españoles nos sentimos discriminados frente al resto. Nos han tratado mal, especialmente una mujer rubia la cual no tuve la oportunidad ni de preguntarle su nombre porque las únicas veces que se dirigía a nosotros era para buscar pelea, y si, parece un chiste pero no lo es, esa mujer buscaba pelearse con los clientes debido a sus malas contestaciones, no se quién sería esa mujer pero después de un encontronazo que tuvimos se dedicó a hablar mal de mi familia al resto del personal del buffet y lo puedo decir con certeza ya que cada vez que entrábamos tanto a desayunar o cenar, no dejaban de mirarnos y cuchichear lo cual me parece vergonzoso y muy poco profesional.
This hotel is a great location. The rooms are of a decent standard, but could do with a bit of TLC. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, which you don’t always get these days. We stayed on a B&B basis, there was always plenty of choice, so no complaints there. The majority of the staff were polite and friendly.
The pool is relatively small for the size of hotel and for most of our stay there was no issue getting a lounger around the pool. However, if the pool area is busy the pool staff will remove your stuff after 20 minutes and give your lounger away. This policy isn’t posted anywhere. We went for lunch after being on our loungers all morning, upon return, some 40 minutes later, our stuff had been removed from the loungers and dumped in the corner of the poolside bar. This policy seems to only apply to those who can’t speak a certain language, this also happened to another couple who where Irish. This policy certainly doesn’t apply to everyone. When I questioned the pool side staff saying others had been away from their loungers for a good 3hrs and their stuff hadn’t been removed they just shrugged their shoulders. If the hotel has a policy about this, it should be clearly visible and apply to everyone. I can see this causing issues during busy peak seasons. Very disappointing to what had been a pleasant stay.
