Comfortable, safe, strategic location
Pros:

I like the idea of having a shared area for water refill and eating my meals and get hot water and a cup of tea whenever I am back the hotel. Although the self-service laundry was not working well, I like it that The Peaks has the support from the nearby sister hotels. I managed to get my laundry done well at the Banff Park Lounge right opposite the road and it also made my tour pick-up locations superb convenience. Both hotels' staff are awesome and helpful. Generally, I feel comfortable and safe as a solo female traveler for work vacations. Thank you very much for the great experiences. Please continue to maintain the hotel at the top situation until my next return :)

Cons:

I think the laundry self-service area is not as good as compared to other facilities, not sure if there is any alternative to make it better.

Clean and basic but comfortable. Great location for a short stay.
Pros:

Location was lovely. The room felt quiet, private, clean with contemporary finishings. The BeeKind personal care products were nice. Importantly, the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Because I was traveling for work and needed a bit of workspace, the little live edge table in front of the couch felt small and ill-suited for putting my laptop; however, the wifi was totally serviceable and I had no problems with it.

Great location
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent. The fact that it does not offer breakfast forced us to find restaurants that did and there were several very good ones in close vicinity of the hotel. So it actually was good that they didn't have it. The room was exceptionally clean. We would stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

I think hotel guests should not have to pay a fee for parking in the garage, the hotel is quite expensive as is (we traveled in September). While having the balcony was nice, the room could have benefitted from a window over the desk.

Amenities are across the street, in summer time, i guess it's fine but by 0 degrees, no motivation to cross the street for the spa ou even the breakfast, but i understand they want a quiet place

Très bien placé, propre et accueillant
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé juste en arrière de Bison court, avec cafés, boutiques et restos. On a accès à la piscine, bains chauds et hammam de l'hôtel juste en face. Le personnel a été super avec nous !

Cons:

Comme tous les hôtels à Banff, c'est très cher.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Great location, great staff

Cons:

The shower was a little hard to work for my 84 year old mother in law so I think a little information sheet would be helpful

I really love my stay in this hotel. I would definitely stay here again when im back to Banff.
Pros:

I like everything about the hotel.the location is perfect. Right where all the shop and restaurants. Hotel also modern and very new. Free coffee every morning in the lobby.
Wifi is free. Staff is amazing and helpfull.
Friendly and professional.

Cons:

Maybe put a long mirror for me to look at my outfit? Hehehe cause the mirror they have only inside the toilet. And only nice to do make up. Cant see my overall outfit. I know its not necessary but it’d be beter

And no restaurant or little cafe/bakery inside the hotel

Rip off. Taxes, fees and levies even before you reach accommodations. Everything must be paid upfron

We thought breakfast was included. It was not: expensive and not very good

Cons:

Worst room possible (view of alley and garbage bins). Price of room was highway robbery

Excellent choice
Pros:

Location is excellent. Free tea and coffee in lobby area was much appreciated. Quiet during the day. New property with large modern rooms and added convenience of a sink, microwave and fridge together with plates and cutlery.

Cons:

Noise during early hours due to delivery trucks in back alley from 3am - not the fault of the hotel and a noise machine was provided to mitigate the disturbance
