Perfect stay
Pros:

Great value for location. Basic room- great front desk service.
Pros:

Great location! Cute, mountain-y room. Fantastic customer service- super attentive and helpful.

Cons:

Our “upgraded” room seemed like a regular room and was a bit dingy.

We loved our stay at the peaks and would recommend to anyone visiting Banff
Pros:

The location!
Such an incredible spot so close to a fantastic selection of restaurants and shopping

Cons:

That it doesn’t have its own pool, sauna, gym etc.
The staff were very informative letting us know these facilities are available to use in the partner hotel across the street, it would just be more convenient if it was in the same building

Beautiful and new hotel with a indoor swimming pool!
Pros:

This is probably the newest and prettiest accommodation in Banff. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly.

The location is amazing—the Banff Airporter stops right in front of the hotel, and it is only about a 10-minute walk to the Banff Gondola bus stop and my tour meeting point. The pool, jacuzzi, and steam sauna are located at the sister hotel across the street, which was easy to access. There is also a microwave in the laundry room that came in very useful.

Cons:

However, a couple of things to note:

1. Washer & Dryer: I ran the dryer on high heat for 45 minutes, but the clothes were only about 70% dry.

2. Gas Leak / Fire Alarm Incident: There was a gas leak at a nearby construction site, causing the fire alarm to go off around 8:40 AM. My family had to evacuate urgently wearing only my pajamas and Crocs. We expected to be back inside within 30 minutes, but we weren't allowed to return until around 2:00 PM. Because we had a scheduled tour, we desperately needed a change of our clothes and shoes. The hotel's handling of this emergency situation was quite disappointing.

Despite the chaotic morning due to the external incident, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent, so I am still happy to give it a top rating. Highly recommended!

Would highly recommend. Great location, lovely big rooms which get beautifully cleaned each day and a wonderful spa.

Fab swimming pools and steam room over the road in the sister hotel.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Banff.
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location just a few blocks from Banff Avenue. We had a loft suite with balcony which was spacious and comfortable. Loved the location, being so close to all the restaurants and bars. Amazing hotel, highly recommended.

Exactly what we wanted and we will be back!!
Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The property was handy to the town centre and had parking on property. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The staff also made our stay extra special since they knew it was our honeymoon.

Cons:

The pool area could be better but it was getting maintenance done at the end of our drip.
