Rip off. Taxes, fees and levies even before you reach accommodations. Everything must be paid upfron
Pros:

We thought breakfast was included. It was not: expensive and not very good

Cons:

Worst room possible (view of alley and garbage bins). Price of room was highway robbery

Excellent choice
Pros:

Location is excellent. Free tea and coffee in lobby area was much appreciated. Quiet during the day. New property with large modern rooms and added convenience of a sink, microwave and fridge together with plates and cutlery.

Cons:

Noise during early hours due to delivery trucks in back alley from 3am - not the fault of the hotel and a noise machine was provided to mitigate the disturbance

Pros:

Très bel endroit, accès au spa dans l'hôtel d'en face, personnel très accueillant et donne de bonnes adresses. Proximité avec un supermarché, shopping et points d'intérêts. A disposition en tout temps : machine à café / thé (et du vrai bon thé!). Très propre. Très belle découverte.

Cons:

Le parking est payant en plus...
La chambre du rez-de-chaussée avait très peu de lumière directe... Presque un demi-étage au dessous. Dommage !
