Cons:

The price - this is overpriced .
It seems the apartment tries to offer self catering but you could not cook a meal here . Basic kitchen facilities.

My stay was amazing and memorable!
Pros:

This hotel was phenomenal! The whole building was super well kept, extremely clean, quiet, and the staff was beyond friendly in trying to accommodate our early check in during one of their busiest weeks of the year. The room was all we expected and more with completely updated bathrooms and plenty of space. Beyond this, the location was unbeatable. The hotel is right in the center of downtown Banff with everything you need being less than a 2 minute walk away.

Cons:

The only thing I would improve is maybe adding a restaurant !

Great location
Pros:

Great central location with the benefit of car parking (payable). Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Bed very comfortable (pillows less so).

Cons:

Expensive, but I guess that's the price you pay for a central location.
I was puzzled by the room description as having a balcony with a Back Alley view. I thought maybe Back Alley was the name of a mountain or something, otherwise why would you have a balcony overlooking it. But no, it actually did have a view of a back alley.
Mornings were noisy due to construction vehicles, but that's not the fault of the hotel, and they did give plenty of warning about this.

Exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Location was perfect and central. Loved that bar could exit through the back and cut through to the main street.

Good location. Paid undercover parking useful in Banff.

Cons:

Don’t book an ‘alley view’ suite. They are equipped with white noise devices, which tells you something about the (very) early AM activity in the adjacent alley.
