Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay, thanks to the helpful staff and location.
Pros:

The location was good, and the breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and accommodating, Yusuf in particular went out of his way to help me get a taxi in the middle of the rain. I had some issues with the initial room I was given, but I was offered a room change immediately.

Cons:

There were no real spa or massage facilities, which was disappointing. Some of the facilities could also be better maintained.
