Quite pleasant
Pros:

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful

Cons:

The elevator not working. Fortunately I love working out and getting as much exercise as possible but to have to take the stairs with large and heavy suitcases is never a fun experience in any situation

Proximité de la Gare
Hôtel bien équipé et très propre

Cons:

Fenêtre pas isolée. Bruit de la circulation énorme.
Hôtel en travaux bruit incessant.
Ascenseur en panne alors que nous avions deux valises.
Certaines personnes à l'accueil vous ignorent afin de rester sur leur portable.
D'autres part contre, très avenant

Accueil et disponibilité du personnel, informations et réponses aux questions avant le séjour. Ils m'ont même spontanément donné ma chambre un peu avant l'heure du check in alors que je m'apprêtais à déposer ma valise en bagagerie

Cons:

Dans la salle de bain la poubelle est juste au-dessous d'une petite étagère en verre transparente dans laquelle je me suis cognée en me penchant, j'ai signalé que peut-être l'emplacement de la poubelle n'était pas tout à fait adapté et qu'il faudrait la déplacer

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, auch für Bike Packer
Pros:

Super nah zum Bahnhof, was für uns als Bike-Packing-Touristen von großem Vorteil war. Hotel erscheint in neuem Glanz und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat problemlos eine Lösung für die sichere Verwahrung unserer Räder gefunden. Gefrühstückt haben wir außer Haus, so dass wir diesbezüglich nichts bewerten können. Wir waren deutlich vor der offiziellen Check in Zeit bereits in Marseille und konnten unser Gepäck ohne Probleme im Hotel deponieren. Vielen Dank für den rundherum guten Service in Ihrem Haus!

Emplacement (en face de la gare), propreté de la chambre

Cons:

La clim faisait un bruit redondant constant, on a été pas mal dérangé durant la nuit.
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus diversifié au niveau du salé.
Incompréhension concernant le ménage, j'ai demandé un jour sur deux, l'lais la chambre n'a été nettoyée qu'au 3eme jour..et la dame à l'accueil n'a rien trouvé d'autre que de me confier des rouleaux de papiers WC et une serviette de bain pour compenser le ménage non fait... C'est très peu professionnel, aucune recherche de solution convenable.

The lift was not working and at the age of 84 I needed to carry bags to the second floor. Also the hotel has been rebranded as ‘Novotel’ which caused confusion as that was no mentioned in emails.
