Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé. Il est à proximité de la Gare Saint-Charles. Le personnel est accueillant et très gentil. L'établissement est très propre, félicitation au technicien(ne) de surface. Je recommande cet établissement.

Cons:

Cependant, pour une famille de 4 personnes les chambres sont un peu petite. Après si on reste peu temps ou juste pour dormir, ça va.

Clean and comfy
Pros:

Very clean, comfy and super close to the train station. We loved the breakfast, you can find absolutely anything there and not overcrowded. You can also leave the luggage in the hotel without any problem. Friendly stuff!

Cons:

They block the deposit of 50€ but all was ok with its return. Would appreciate some water and slippers in the room :)

La persona che ha fatto il check out alla mia partenza è stato veramente maleducato. Parlo e scrivo correntemente il francese, lingua che uso nel mio lavoro legale; ovviamente non essendo francese ho un accento straniero; quest' uomo alla reception si è messo sghignazzare a lungo su come ho pronunciato il numero della camera. Sono una donna di quasi sessanta anni, non vedo per quale ragione un uomo debba umiliarmi per la mia pronuncia. Non solo non è professionale ma non si vede perché una cliente debba essere umiliata per una cosa del genere. Non tornerò

Für einen kurzen Transitaufenthalt durchaus empfehlenswert (wenn nichts ausfällt z.B. Aufzug)
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ok, das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr angenehm, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man mit dem Zug reist.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war dagegen nicht sehr freundlich und in keinster Weise hilfsbereit und kompetent (Thema ausgefallener Aufzug für Zimmer im 7 Stock !!)
