GM was on the floor greeting guest which is a great sign for the hotel
Pros:

i loved the design of the hotel classic and the food at breakfast was great

Cons:

front office team is not friendly. but they did resolve my issue. u could get them to smile more

The excellenctdecor is very welcoming,, feels like you are in an art museum.

Cons:

Basic tv channels are provided so staying in the room will be boring. Can't connect to Netflix and other VOD or OTP platforms
