Gd for a short stay wz nearby amenities n Lift/Elevator, Potter, breakfast selection.
Pros:

Staff looks stylish wz elegance in their green uniform.
Almost all crew were courteous, friendly n helpful.

Hotel interior design more like European rich furnishings & decorations.

My stay in this Standard bedrm wz 2single beds r too cramp, n the beds makes 'a sound' everytime at the shift of our body, sitting down, lying down, getting up.

Toilet shower door cant close bcoz of the alignnmnt shower-rain head.

The breakfast room was nicely done, meticulous food arrangemnt & variety food+drinks to choose, & r tasty.

Cons:

RoomSize, difficult to walk fast atd the room, cramp n sometimes furniture n bed did hit our feet n knee.

All good from my end.
Pros:

Overall, the property is ok. I wouldn’t rate is as exceptional but the stay was ok. Service staff from the Concierge to Bellboy was top! They provided to good customer service excellence!

Cons:

Swimming pool - could be better if its was maintained and clean daily. Not suitable for kids below 5 years old though.
Facilities wise - Could be better if there are space for kids and toddlers.

Very relaxing ambience and nice hotel to stay
Pros:

Location, deco, semi European deco with chandeliers and gold guilded frames paintings & furintures . Nice Gym and decent pool

Cons:

The bathoom shower , need to have a glass door . Water splashing after shower . Bathroom gets wet .Management should look into that . For breakfast it’s ok but F&B side should really correct the term . It’s margarine pls do not label it as ‘Butter’ it’s misleading. The smell of margarine is a little disgusting when left in the open . Pls check .
Be nice if they can actually serve ‘coffee’ . Not in overheated coffee pot. The coffee will taste sourish . Appreciate if management can take note .

GM was on the floor greeting guest which is a great sign for the hotel
