Always well presented and immaculately clean. Centrally located for work and meetings. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Afterhours dining and entertainment available as connected to the casino.

Open bathroom looks fancy but everyone in the room can hear your toilet activitues. Just need to close in the end panel.
We have stayed at Crown Hotels many times but first time booking through Booking.com. Rooms always clean and comfy.
I often stay for my birthday and when I asked if I get the free bottle of champagne for my birthday they said no because I booked through booking.com. Do I receive points they said maybe not for same reason. Also we often get the room early if available. The hotel was not busy so we thought we might get in early but no. We had to wait
