The pool 8-10 adults only.
Ii also stay at the W because it's open 24/7 no kids after 8 or before 8

Cons:

Leaving the pool because it shuts at 10pm. The W has the pool open 24/7 there's no staff on either but also no kids past 8on

Semi open bathroom
Pros:

Room was spacious and the bed comfortable but that’s about it. Very dated and our view overlooked the car park.

The bathroom is not fully enclosed. There’s a panel between the bed and the ‘bathroom’ area but it doesn’t cover the full area so light comes through down the sides and the top sections (see pics). At night, turning the light on in the ‘bathroom’ area will also emit that light quite brightly into the bed area. Not to mention, all noise filters through quite easily to the rest of the room.

There was also a flat metal bar/panel about 10cm wide, under the sink (around the middle) at the front, where a person would normally place their feet when using the sink, resulting in constant toe stubbing.

Toilet paper was 1 ply!!

Toiletries were Mr Smith brand and harsh on the skin. Weak water pressure in the rainfall shower. Sink and shower had dated, separate hot and cold taps, so water temperature took a while to get right.

Supposed to be 5 star but nowhere near it. Extremely disappointing.

Parking fee.
When we booked the room it was mentioned included parking.
Staff took the bond from us 200$ but did not mentioned that they going deducted money from bond for parking.
As mentioned parking included in th booked prize.
It was not expected to cut extra money f0r parking.
When they took the b9nd she should have mentioned that it will be deducted for parking.

We enjoyed our short stay and had a great time exploring city and events as well as food & shopping.
Pros:

Room was well equipped and comfortable, facilities were at hand for our use during our stay. Location to centre of city was great, walking distance to everything. Staff were excellent.
