The shower felt & looked like it needed a good clean! And there were m & m’s on the floor from the previous guest.

Location is walking distance to tram station.
The hotel is directly linked to other areas/buildings of the compound with restaurants, café, casino, shopping, cinemas. No need to go out. Everything you need is right there.

Can't operate TV with netflix, prime or disney. But we were out all day and we have our own devices for the kids.

Please fix your ice machines and the sauna wasnt working. These are 2 major ammenities that are important to me and both were out of order.
