Disappointing service
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy, everything was comfortable in regards to the furniture and facilities (TV, shower etc.)

Cons:

I had communicated VIA text msg that I would like to request for a later check out at 1pm instead of 11am, and it reached 12pm, and a worker had knocked on the door very aggressively and proceeded to open the door before I could respond. It was quite invasive as my partner was about to shower and could have been undressed, it's not ideal. Clear communication would have been appreciated to confirm or deny whether the request I had submitted had been approved.

Location was good and the check-in and check-out process was smooth

Cons:

The hotel was smelly, the floor tiles in the bathroom and toilet had mould. the bed was moving and I could not find a way to lock it in place with the headboard.
