The hotel has amazing location, everyone was very friendly and helpful (reception desk team, valet parking staff) and room was perfectly clean.

Outstanding hotel and staff
Pros:

Great location and facilities The staff at the hotel are exceptional who accommodated our early check in and late check out ( storing our luggage etc) with kindness and understanding Of note was the young man who checked us in on the 8/10 ( sorry I didn’t get his name) and also Cem on the 10/10 who helped us too We would stay at any of this chains hotels in the future on the basis of our experience in Calgary

Nice, clean hotel.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Rooms were a great size, comfortable bed and super clean. Robes and brolly’s were handy too! Staff were amazing.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the parking cost us $48 for one night, and I couldn’t find any other options nearby. Also, being a hotel in the city, it was very noisy.

Le top du top !!
Pros:

Hôtel au top pour une nuit ou deux, la chambre était magnifique et spacieuse, le lit très confortable. La salle de bain est parfaite également avec beaucoup d'espace. Côté dressing rien à redire, il y a de quoi ranger ses valises et ses affaires. La localisation au pied de la tour est très pratique, on peut trouver des restaurants et des bars à distance de marche. Le personnel est vraiment formidable, suite à l'annulation d'un vol, la réceptionniste a tout fait pour nous aider et à même essayer de joindre la compagnie. Le prix est très compétitif pour ce genre de gamme et de prestation !!!
