Great experience at a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

We were so happy with our stay at Hotel Le Germain. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious and so nice. My favorite part of the room was the huge, luxurious bathroom. Maybe the best hotel bathroom I’ve had. Also, the location couldn’t be beat. So close to all the downtown Calgary hot spots.

Our stay was remarkable. All of the staff were very accommodating and delightful to talk to.

Calgary Stampede visit
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel while visiting the Calgary Stampede. The hotel was just the job. Room was amazing two double beds, ensuite with a great shower. Household staff kept it clean everyday. We chose the continental breakfast which was delicious. On the first day of the stampede there was an incredible parade which started right outside the hotel and they had reserved bleaches which gave us a grandstand view.
All the staff were amazingly helpful and kind.
If you decide not eat in the restaurant there is plenty of choice just around the corner.
Highly recommended.

Cons:

Everything was top notch except the parking fee was not included. I guess it makes sense given the fact that it is costly to park in Calgary downtown.

Modern hotel
Pros:

Beautiful and modern hotel in a great location. Staff is super polite, friendly and helpful. The room was big and well decorated, with a walk-in closet. The only downside and the reason for 4 stars is the air conditioner that was extremely loud and it made hard to sleep. I would also suggest to add a garbage bin in the toilet area.

A wonderful hotel conveniently located to restaurants, sights and stores.
Pros:

The hotel was located within walking distance of many restaurants, stores and sights. The hotel staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was also thoughtfully designed and laid out. Housekeeping cleaned the room promptly every day while we were out, so it was wonderful to return to the room after a long day of sightseeing.

Cons:

The A/C was loud and when it went on during the night, it was hard to sleep through. Not having the A/C on made the room too warm to comfortably sleep.
