Encanta todo
La calidez y amabilidad del servicio es algo para destacar, su ubicación es excepcional, esta a maximo 10min caminando del centro, para nosotros el lugar ideal para estar en Puerto Varas
El hotel es muy lindo, la vista es increible y esta muy bien ubicado. La atención muy buena! muy limpio y ordenado todo.
Tiene una pileta muy pequeña que no suma mucho a la estadía y hay que avisar para ir. Las camas son muy blandas, las almohadas no son comodas, deberían renovar colchones, creo que son los mismos de hace 15 años.
