Tranquilo, pero falta de comodidades
Pros:

Su ubicación y vista de la habitación que nos tocó, el personal desde recepción y garzones buena atención.

Cons:

Que el estacionamiento esté según disponibilidad, eso me cargó.
Nos tocó una noche donde la cocina se demoró más de una hora para poder consumir una tabla y ceviche.

Ótimo, porém pecou nos detalhes de higiene.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, quartos de frente para o Vulcão Osorno. Café da manhã bom, bar com excelentes drinks incluindo mocktails. Restaurante com ótimos pratos. Quarto confortável, staff atencioso.

Cons:

O quarto tem pouca iluminação a noite, dificultando bastante para quem gosta de ler.Banheiros nos quartos não usam papel higiênico tradicional, são lencinhos de papel que normalmente se usa em mictórios públicos, todos em pedaços. Bem inadequado para uma boa higiene. Ademais não tem nos banheiros duchas higiênicas . O sabonete da pia é líquido e fica na parede pendurado bem alto deixando a pele bem ressecada.Acho que um sabonete hidratante em barra pelo menos para lavar o rosto seria algo mais agradável e receptivo. Espero que mudem esses detalhes, pois isso faz toda a diferença.

Estadia muy buena
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es su personal y ubicacion.

Cons:

Puede mejorarse mucho el desayuno.es abundante pero todos los dias lo mismo.
La habitacion necesita otra cortina tipo roller,para no quedar tan encerradas.
La piscina ,un par de grados mas,queda perfecta.

Lovely. Pay extra and book a Lake View room.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent — you’re within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. I highly recommend paying a little extra for a Lake View room; waking up to panoramic views of the lake and volcanoes was unforgettable. The room itself was huge, very spacious, and spotless. The bathroom was smaller but perfectly fine, and having a fridge was convenient. Complimentary water is provided on the first day, and you can refill bottles at the water dispenser in the lobby. I stayed here in winter, and the hotel was wonderfully warm and cosy. Some reviewers mentioned street noise, but I didn’t experience any issues. All staff were super friendly, polite, and very helpful — and they speak English. A complimentary breakfast buffet was included, featuring mostly pastries along with cereals, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, juices, and other items. It would be nice to have fresh juices instead of sugary ones, and boiled eggs were only available on one of the four mornings. Still, I was lucky to always get a window table, making breakfast with a lake view a highlight. Wi‑Fi was painfully slow in the rooms, though faster in the lobby. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
