Cons:

La atención del personal en el desayuno, poca proactividad para reponer lo que faltaba, no hubo agua disponible casi ningún día, teníamos que pedir; el último día fue un caos, no había ni huevo; y eso que uno tenía que reservar el bloque horario en que desayunaría. Tampoco me gustó el sistema para uso de la piscina temperada, quisimos reservar y en los 4 días no encontramos disponibilidad.

Buena ubicación y mejores vistas
Pros:

El personal fue realmente amable, el desayuno bastante completo y el servicio de restaurante también. Las vistas de la habitación al lago eran impresionantes y la habitación muy cómoda, así como la ubicación, realmente cercana al centro de Puerto Varas. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo
