Friendly staff, and very clean room.
Pros:

The proprietor was very friendly even though I arrived very late. The room was recently renovated and it was immaculately clean. The mattress and bedding were comfortable, the appliances were in good working order and also looked new.

Cons:

Nothing, I enjoyed my stay there and will stay there again when I visit Eugene.

Amazing Stay for the Price.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, refrigerator and microwave were included, though not listed in amenities. The room was very clean, even the bedspread smelled fresh.

The ?owner? Went above and beyond for a guest, including jump starting my car 2 days in a row.

If you're looking for a comfortable stay, zi suggest the Royal Inn, Airpory.
