Pros:

The front reception staff were outstanding. Friendly and professional. They went out of their way to give my daughters and I an upgraded room when a small delay occurred at check-in.
The staff at the gym were also very helpful.
The room was modern, spacious, quiet, and very comfortable
The hotel has all the luxuries of a higher end hotel and is in a convenient location, next to major shopping centre, food options, transport, and main road.

Cons:

Hotelová izba je v hroznom stave. Nábytok ošúchaný poobíjaný, vankúše stare zhrudkované, v kúpeľni plesnivé špáry. Personál nie veľmi nadšený keď príde hosť.

Amazing service and good night sleep I needed with above and beyond perfect breakfast
Pros:

Amazing check in by Michaela, overnight as I arrived from a very delayed flight. She arranged for late check out for me within minutes and booked an amazing fast hair appointment next morning, I truly felt like royalty and appreciated everyone’s hospitality. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, variety of food and Slovak specialties were truly remarkable for the price offered. I will most definitely return.
