The beds were too hard when I sat around the bed I could feel the springs. Especially the sofa bed. The coffee maker that was in the room was full of dust from the inside. The pool was dirty my son didn't want to get in because of a big roach that was inside the pool. My son was exited for the waffles, but he couldn't do at least one because the the waffle mix was so watery. Elevators were not working.

Hotel very old carpet smell very bad all way lobby , elevate very dirty we ask for some one to help out luggage no one they till us that we need to take our luggage by our self !! Imagine family from six person arrive after driving 6 hours and trolley was not available, swimming pool water not clean and facility look old and damage three days no one clean our room , we go to laundry drying machine not working and we found cockroach in spa hotel need maintenance and cleaning

La limpieza de la habitación había que solicitarla sino no la realizaban. Al momento del desayuno únicamente una persona atendía la limpieza y la alimentación, con lo cual todo estaba sucio y con abastecimiento irregular, si se acababa algo demoraba mucho en ser repuesto.

The elevator was broken, the pool was hot instead of cool
The staff is very friendly, check in and check out process is very smooth and fast, first day we got there elevator was down but we didnt mind the stairs. Overall it is very good and close to our destination parks.
The staff had great customer service. They greeted with a smile. Their elevator was down, and I had asked for downstairs and ended up on second floor. I use a walker and electric 🛵. Bathroom door didn't close. Overall, the friendly service would bring me back
Need to do a better job at the continental breakfast. Many things kept running out each day. I would find someone to bring more out. They were on their cell phones. Better at booking requests paid in advance. Simple maintenance issues could make rooms even better
