Pros:

The stay was very comfortable and everything was clean. The staff were absolutely amazing—very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Osman and Dafna for everything. They were both wonderful and really made our stay more enjoyable.

The only downside was that the elevator wasn’t working, which was quite inconvenient. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the wonderful staff.

The dining room and bar were lovely. Staff extremely helpful

Cons:

Our first room was a little tired. The TV wasn't working, when we complained the next morning we were given another room which was a lot better, not sure why we were given a room that obviously needed refurbishment when the hotel was virtually empty.

Pros:

朝食が最高でした。朝食のためだけにまた行きたいくらいおいしかったです。場所は駅からも国際会議場からも徒歩圏内（15～6分くらい）、ビーチへも歩いてすぐでした。スタッフの方は皆さんフレンドリーで親切でした。

Cons:

暑かったので部屋に冷蔵庫があればよかったと思いました。フロントで氷をもらえて助かりました。

Comfortable stay and great holiday
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great as it’s a 10-15 min walk into Bournemouth. The beds were really comfortable and we had a big bathroom. We also made use of the bar area and enjoyed drinks and playing scrabble.

Cons:

There are a few things that let the hotel down including the breakfast, wifi and the shower not being very powerful.

Very disappointing – poor management and lack of accountability

Cons:

For a four star hotel, we expected much better. The mattress in our room was badly sagging with pronounced dents, making it impossible to get a proper night's sleep. This was clearly more than simply finding a mattress uncomfortable.

We reported the problem at checkout but received only an apology and no meaningful attempt to resolve it. More concerning, we subsequently found a June 2026 Booking.com review specifically reporting that the mattress in the same room was damaged.

We made a formal complaint and requested a refund. Instead, management offered a future upgrade and parking, and when we explained why this was not an appropriate resolution, they stopped responding to our emails.

Problems can happen, but what matters is how management takes responsibility and puts them right. Unfortunately, we experienced a complete lack of accountability and very poor complaint handling. We would not stay here again.

Needs a update, in rooms.
Pros:

Staff, location, breakfast, was all great.
Reception area very nice.

Cons:

I paid £146, plus £15, room needs new carpets, couldn't open windows, which needs a good clean, bathroom no cups to rinse. Bath had hair in plug hole, from more than one guest.
