Great place to stay, safe comfortable and lovely staff.
Stayed on Sunday night, after attending a concert at the O2 Academy. Great location, only 5 ins in the car. Room was just what we needed, lovely bedding and clean throughout.
Breakfast was really tasty - I chose the Smoked salmon, scrambled egg and avocado on toast and there was a great selection of fruit, yoghurts, pastries etc. My only constructive comment would be that the coffee and tea were luke warm, but that's a minor thing. Great value for money, thnankyou!

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und es fehlte an nichts.
Das Bad etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Blick in den Innenhof/Garten, wo man auch verweilen konnte. Parkmöglichkeit gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Kurzer Fußweg in die Stadt, wo zahlreiche Restaurants aller Art und ein tolles Pub sind.
Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und immer für den Gast da.
Keine sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück . Es kann auf Wunsch aber einiges bestellt werden

Very clean and helpful staff
The room was well equipped with a comfy bed, coffee maker, toiletries and a modern bathroom. I didn't use any other facilities in the hotel. It was good value for money
I didn't pay the £15 to park in the car park (which seemed a little expensive) as there was street parking directly outside the hotel which costs £4.60 overnight.

The public rooms were pleasantly furnished, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location.
Our room.whilst clean and comfortable looked a little tired, good do with a repaint. The hot water flasks at breakfast just don't keep the water hot enough for making tea, the coffee was weak and not the of particularly goid quality.
Clean, staff were lovely. Beds were comfortable. Food was amazing in the restaurant.

Nice hotel . Clean and tidy the decor is well kept and fresh. The staff were polite and professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was nice. My little moan is If you like yr hp sauce or ketchup then take yr own. There stuff is cheap and horrible. I do recommend this place near to the peir a great location.
First stayed here about 16 or so years ago and had a good experience so decided to go back. Well, let me say they've had a major 'glow up'. Lovely bar, pleasant breakfast area, comfortable rooms with all the amenities you would look for in a mid-range hotel.
Pod coffee maker in the room, with extra pods if requested. Decent breakfast, convivial staff, comfy bed, clean room with ensuite, plenty of on-site parking and close enough to town to get a taxi if you're having a drink. No complaints, would recommend.
