Great Experience
Pros:

As a traveller we really satisfied and happy to stay in this hotel for our family vacation.
The staff are fantastic very friendly and the food are great kitchen staff are very nice people.

We are so satisfied and very happy to stay switzerland specially the hotel.

Nice Stay
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Service was excellent. Breakfast was good and service by Ram was exceptional, he was friendly and did his job well! Nice to see an enthusiastic employee.
We stayed at beginning of trip and again at the end because it was near airport. Definitely recommend.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, very crisp and efficient. Short stay but everything was perfect. Ram at the lobby dinner restaurant was amazing and was very courteous. Front desk team of both ladies really assisted well in recommended places to visit and the best way to get there.

A very good airport hotel with an excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The adjoining rooms for a family of 5 was great. So was the air conditioning in a hot summer! And there were lots of universal plugs (you'll appreciate this when travelling). The breakfast is terrific, even with scrambled eggs (rare in Switzerland). Very convenient to airport. We'd stay here again.

Cons:

This is a fairly priced American-style airport hotel with tight rooms.

Great food great service
Pros:

Ram was very attentive and efficient. He’s has wonderful customer service experience and is a very pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman. I witnessed this behaviour not just with myself and my wife but other patrons of the hotel. He is a kind hearted sincere man.

A surprisingly wonderful stay and a great price
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally nice and very accommodating. The rooms are very nice and the sofa bed was wonderful.

The free breakfast buffet was wonderful and Ram was so attentive to the guests. The food selection was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel is exceptionally clean and put together.

The only thing that would make our stay even better is if the return shuttle wasn't 10chf per person given that it's so close to the airport.
