Very convenient
We booked and paid for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport through the hotel for 7:30, we were there 7:31 and the shuttle left without us. The staff didn’t seem to care. There was another family who also missed that shuttle and were also surprised they left without them.
La station del tren estaba super serca. El desayuno muy rico y la atención del caballero que limpiaba en el area del desayuno.
Las almohadas y cama era comoda.
El baño tenía cabello de otras personas.
No estaba Limpio y en la cama encontramos un pelo debajo de la sabana.
El dia 7/20/26 a las 11:30 fuimos recojidas por un senor en el aeopuerto el cual le grito a mi hija cuando ella, le pregunto si el, era la persona que nos llevaria. Luego fue Muy grocero al abrir la puerta y me reclamo que estaba tarde y se queria ir para su casa. Ya, que nosostras estábamos Parada esperando que la camioneta parqueada al frente se moviera para que el se parquiara bien y nos abriera la puerta.
Excelente todo: personal, confort, desayuno. Al llegar vimos que me habia confundido de fecha de reserva y el personal de la recepcion muy amablemente soluciono mi error.
Nada. Si vuelvo a la zona del aerouerto de Zurich, volvere a este hotel.

Nada,porque me parecio muy caro para la calidad,cama incomoda ,mucho polvo,laa almohadas incomodas,amanecimos con el cuello torcido
Good location, good staff, clean rooms and good breakfast
Plenty of parking places but still charge 20CHF extra. I would say they can easily discount with 2 rooms i have booked.

Perfectly good hotel, and very affordable in expensive Zurich
Breakfast was delicious, and I normally rarely like hotel buffets. The rooms and hallways were very modern and clean. Appreciated that there was strong A/C in the rooms.
I was under the impression that, given that it is an airport hotel and express hotel that airport shuttle service was included. Especially given the location, it is closer to the airport, but you do need transportation to arrive to the airport and the hotel is far from the train station so the shuttle or taxi is kind of your only option. And when we arrived to Zurich we had to pay 100 CHF for a taxi from the main train station to the hotel. But it's not a big deal, we paid and scheduled the shuttle service. Also, would've expected a discounted rate for the hotel restaurant for hotel guests.
It was totally fine for what I needed: a quiet place to stay near the airport for a night.
The shuttle wasn't perfect (you have to wait a while at night and in the morning it was oversold), but that is my only complaint.
היינו זוג עם שתי בנות עשרה. שהינו 2 לילות. בהתחלה הזמנו חדר משפחתי אך לאחר התייעצות עם המלון, הוספנו חדר נוסף עם דלת מקשרת ישירות דרכם, וטוב שעשינו זאת אחרת היה לנו מאוד צפוף. השינוי היה 24 שעות לפני שהגענו כך שהיתה גמישות גדולה מצידם וזה מעולה.
בחדר אין מקרר אך הוא נקי, פונקציונאלי, מיטות נוחות עם כרית קשה וכרית רכה לכל אורח, מיזוג מעולה שזה קריטי לקיץ (לא ניתן לפתוח חלונות) ובמקלחת סבוני רחצה של Dove. ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת ואדיבות גדולה מצד הצוות שם (בעיקר של Ram).
המלון קרוב לשדה התעופה, כ10 דקות נסיעה ברכב. בסביבתו יש מרכז קניות עם סופר גדול ומספר חנויות.
מומלץ בחום.
יש לשלם חניה - 25 פרנק ליום. מסתבר שזה נהוג בשווייץ.
מעליות מעט איטיות.
אבל בכללי, היינו מאוד מרוצים ולא צריך יותר מזה.
Breakfast was wonderful! So many options! Loved the breads and yogurts and lots of fresh fruit. Loved the generous breakfast time allowance as well. We came from the US and the converter we brought did not work. No problem! Outlets accepted a variety of plugs. Loved our stay
