Excellent staff. Everyone was wonderful and the front desk was exceptional.
Pros:

Location. It was during a hurricane and it was inland in a very safe area to be in a storm. But the hotel was spotless although a microwave oven and mini fridge would have been helpful.

Cons:

The only problem was there was no phone service in the entire hotel because of the storm so I had to go to the front desk or communicate online with them. This was caused by the hurricane.
