Pros:

Otelin tarihi dokusuna ve onunla uyumlu dekorasyonuna bayıldık. Oteldeki ve odadaki her detaya tarihi ruhu yansıtacak şekilde düşünülmüş. Otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve otelşn kalitesine yakışır şekilde hareket ediyorlar. Yemekler çok lezzetli. Kendimizi özel ve farklı bir zamanda hissettiğimiz çok keyifli bir konaklama yaşadık, çok teşekkür ederiz.

Beautiful large rooms, with very high ceilings

Cons:

Public areas were hot, with no fans, and inadequate aircon. Kettle and safe were unpossible to work. Shower was dangerous - no ikons on the water knobs.

Unique hotel with excellent atmosphere and service
Pros:

We had an excellent stay, if only too short.
The room (suite) was magnificent and had the highest ceiling of any place I have stayed. Shout out to the best breakfast I have had in many years. The staff was excellent and the atmosphere relaxing and cozy.

Pros:

Great location, stunning building & views across the city. Room was beautiful, staff really helpful & the massage I had was one of the best Ive had in a very long time. All in all, wouldnt hesitate to come back here if we go back to Seville

Cons:

Only 'complaint' is that the windows on the room open directly onto the path around the balcony and so we didnt feel like we could open the curtains very much which made for a dark room

A Luxurious Stay in Seville
Pros:

From the luxurious room to the accommodating hotel staff, our stay was nothing short of divine. This hotel has so much history and the architecture is something to admire. We easily walked to the city’s surrounding sites, though the hotel still felt quiet and reserved. Amenities were lovely—from the wellness space to the rooftop pool. Highly recommend! You will not regret it.

Now THIS is an amazing hotel with the absolute best staff!
Pros:

My husband and I booked a quick overnight trip to Seville and booked this hotel without even looking at others from the recommendation of Chat GBT. As we’re driving away…we were both saying what a great stay it was! The hotel is very comfortable but every single person we encountered were very kind and caring. They really made it such a special place! Absolutely loved it!

Pros:

The first experience as you step up through to the palatial doors is heat – not as high as outside but not so Coolrooms! Grand old buildings like this need ceiling fans in the public areas and are used throughout the tropics.

Our suite was wonderful – the bouquet of flowers requested was magnificent. The massive windows and very cool air conditioning were just fantastic. Trying to have a shower was difficult – three knobs with no indications of their function. Water came as either very cold water or scalding hot - dangerous! The towels were not 5-star quality – so scratchy it was painful to dry your skin.

The “cool” vibe was present in the designers chooses of the safe, the kettle and lighting - none of which worked. We got help with the kettle but still could not make it work and we gave up on the safe. We got the hang of the lighting after a lot of trial and error.

Room cleaning was rather sketchy – no drinking water, plates left outside the door, used wine glasses left in the room, television left on after cleaning. Cleaners apologized after our request but still forgot to bring back wine glasses.

We did take dinner in the hotel and it was brilliant – the menu looks ordinary but what we got was certainly surprising and delicious. The cello and guitar players at dinner were magical! A complimentary drive to the train station was very welcome.

Amazing Palace Villapanes
Pros:

Our experience was absolutely perfect- from a warm welcome from Miguel and incredible suite to wonderful meals served with a smile- thank you, David! We were even treated like VIP following the Lenny Kravitz show by Lorena and Marina! We LOVE Seville and will be back- and most definitely will stay at Palace Villapanes- Muchas Gracias!!
