Good value, friendly team
Decor a bit tired, could do with a bit of a freshen up
I thought the staff were really friendly and approachable.
I didn’t think the hotel was as clean as it could have been and parts of rooms were very runs down x floor covering was coming away in bathroom and there was mould and ingrained grime round edges of bath and taps
Beds was ok
Rooms very outdated.. our room door lock was aqward to use there was no plug in the bath and the soap dispenser come off the wall.
Mould on the bathroom ceiling and all the caulking was cracking around the sink..
Horrible draft coming through the window seals and not very sound proof at all could here outside noise and traffic all night..
Won't be returning!

Only 20 minutes from Alton Towers. A cheap and cheerful stay. Pub attached to hotel and McDonald’s and Tesco walking distance away
It’s pretty dated and basic but can’t complain for the price
It was very easy to get to
The bathrooms in the room had black mould and the floor was bouncy.
The breakfast was not what we would have expected and the staff for the breakfast service were not very helpful.
We requested an early check-in due to a wedding. Very accommodating with the early check in
Room was fine, the whole hotel looked a little tired but it did do the job for an overnight on the way to an event on the Sunday.
Pub/ restaurant attached was child friendly and food was good value. Great atmosphere with night time entertainment.
The rooms were very dated and bathroom could do with a refurb. Beds also weren’t comfy not a patch on the premier inn beds.
