The location was perfect for my trip, and the car chargers worked perfectly. They were the reason for choosing here over other places.
Value for money is of the scale, the breakfast was good.
The room was clean and there was plenty of bedding and towels.
There was definitely the smell of old smoke in the hotel. I was a little worried this might even smell my clothes as I had a meeting the next day.
The shower over the bath was quite low but I am 6'4".
The bed was quite soft.
There were no plug sockets near the bed.
Nice area
Comfortable bed, slept well
Nil
Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent staff, good food.
That i didn't stay here longer :)
Breakfast always good
No hair dryer in room, broken light above bed, fan not working in bathroom
OK would have liked option of poached egg and tomatoes with breakfast dishes.
Need sockets by bed. One light above bed wasn't working.Roo. airless.
Value for money
Room was tired; chair covering damaged; sink breaking away from top; complete room needs refurbishing
Nice staff! Cute garden and area.
Needed AC. HOT.
The hotel was easy to find and had ample free car parking. The rooms were a bit dated but comfortable, we were gived a disabled room, with twin beds and a disability bathroom which was ok. Breakfast was limited but fine, a nice cooked breakfast delivered hot to our table by pleasant helpful staff.
As it is a bit dated sound carries vey easily, especially if you have a 'heard of elephants' in the room above waking you up eaerly. There were only 2 serving staff on duty at breakfast so they were a bit rushed trying to serve and clean after everyone.
The staff were friendly enough, but didn't listen when I told them about my allergies, so I was very very ill during the night.
The proper procedure wasn't followed when I told the staff about my allergies, I wasn't given the information to read so ended up being very very ill. And when I reported it to the manager the following morning, he wasn't very empathetic and tried to say it was my fault for not reading the allergy information that WAS NOT given to me to read. Apparently he did report my experience to head office but they haven't been in touch to follow up and see how I am, that's IF my sickness was reported to head office. I was very distressed and was ill for the following few days because of their carelessness. If I would've been a person who had to use an epi pen, they would've without a doubt had a death on their hands. I was basically given the wrong meal, meant for my husband. We ordered the same meal but one was meant to be allergy free.Very very unacceptable. Very poor customer service. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of empathy and contact.
Both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotlessly clean, and provided all the amenities that we had expected, and more.
The bedroom was generously spacious (wardrobe, table, several chairs and a sofa, with plenty of room to hang clothes and store luggage); the bed was very comfortable, with a new, firm mattress; kettle and tea/coffee were provided; and the TV was modern, allowing us to play our own media.
The bathroom was very clean, and the shower excellent (good water pressure and temperature); large towels, soaps and shampoos were provided.
We had breakfast included with our room, and it was well worth it: an ample continental buffet, with bread, pastries, cereals, fruit, et cetera, and a selection of cooked options (full English, vegetarian, and a few others). We went to the hotel restaurant/pub for dinner as well, and were very happy with the quality of the food. Very fair prices, too.
All members of staff we interacted with were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing information, drinking water, and even a late breakfast.
The large parking lot made parking easy and fast.
We will happily stay here again on future trips to the area!

Non mi è piaciuto tutto, struttura fatiscente mi è stata assegnata una stanza per disabili con letti separati e qui mi fermo.
