Pros:

La ubicación excelente. Una construccion espectacular. El personal muy amable. El desayuno no lo tomamos.

Cons:

La habitacion sucia, con polvo y el piso se veia con manchas. Al bañarse se salia el agua tanto que se solicitó que lo secaran. El borde del jaccuzi estaba lleno de grasa que daba asco meterse y fuera de eso no calentó. La fotografia de la piscina no es comparable con la realidad.

Very central location with polite staff and spacious rooms
Pros:

The rooms were big and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. It’s owned by the monastery and profits go to help the local homeless people. I liked the fact that our stay was helping people.

Cons:

It’s big and easy to lose your bearings but you soon get use to where your room is.

Comfortable and great location
Pros:

Great location, close to the cathedral. We’re able to access a massage service after finishing our Camino which was fabulous.

Cons:

We had to ask for basic facilities such as a kettle and cups which for the price and standard of the Hotel should be readily available in all rooms. No staff in cafe when we went in so weren’t able to use this facility in the hotel

Fab but bedrooms need to be modernised
Pros:

Resteraunt pool and ground floor

Cons:

Bedrooms were dark and the walls bear. It could do with lighter furniture and pictures on the wall. Bathroom was very dated and could do with update especially the shower
