Lovely and quiet but go out of the hotel to have drinks
Pros:

The location was fantastic, and it was very quiet.

Cons:

There were smear marks on my closet door.
The cafeteria downstairs was poorly run, I waited over 20 min. To be served as they were clearing an outdoor area.

Después de haber realizado "El camino De Santiago " desde Vigo se disfruto mucho mas la llegada
Pros:

Excelente atención por parte del personal en el restaurante para el desayuno, al igual que en recepcion, la piscina y el jacuzzi muy ricos muy limpios

An excellent hotel. A bit pricey. It has good but modest facilities. Breakfast is excellent, and the all day bar/ lo
Pros:

The location is very close to the Cathedral and all the city centre restaurants and shopping areas. It has its own parking which is worth a huge amount in a city where this is rare.

Cons:

My only issue was the bathroom in our room was in need of refurbishment. It was very clean but really needs updating.

Historical hotel in the heart of Santiago
Pros:

The location was right around the corner from the Cathedral in such a beautiful building that we were photographing it before we realized it was our hotel! It has a lot of history to add to charm. Rooms were comfortable and the hot tub and pool were very welcome after finishing the Camino.

Cons:

Just a small disconnect between Booking.com and the hotel reservation- I had the wrong date and was unable to change reservation through booking.com. I had to call hotel directly, they fixed it, but the change could not show up in Booking. It all worked out but I worried about the reservation a bit .

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, ca. 10 Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist sehr gross, schön gestaltet und sauber, die Betten sind bequem.
Das Personal ist sympathisch und freundlich.
Parkieren ist auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel möglich.
