Mostly praised as very clean and well maintained in many reviews, though a few mentioned dirty/uncomfortable beds, a dusty hallway and occasional smoke smell.

Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful with easy check-in; service comments are consistently positive across stays.
Location
9.2
Location is a frequent highlight — convenient, close to amenities, mall and transport and ideal for events and medical appointments.
Room Quality
8.1
Rooms are generally comfortable with soft beds and good size; a minority reported very hard beds, bath-only layouts causing issues for older guests, and some noise/view concerns.

Amenities are limited for some guests: multiple mentions of no microwave, limited kitchen/food facilities, closed kitchen and an unheated pool; parking and in-room baths are positives.
Value for Money

Perceived as good value by many guests (not overpriced, cost low for location), though one comment noted it was 'a little too expensive' for showers.
Food and Beverage
