Pros:

Lovely staff, nice fresh clean smell to the whole hotel. Convenient to Hungry Horse restuarant next door. Hot day so fan was put on in the room before we arrived. Family room was large and spacious with a table and chairs. Space to run around behind the hotel. Over looks a golf course with pond and public access so was a nice evening walk. 20min seawall walk to Morrisons nearby.

Cons:

Around bathroom sink needed a good clean. Rotten taps in bathroom. Beds were ok.

Breakfast easy poor, serving partly frozen pastries, eggs were snotty and undercooked, bacon was wafer thin and the portions far to small

Cons:

Rooms were incredibly hot with no way to effectively cool them down, making sleeping a nightmare and next to impossible

No fridge to cool drinks, rooms were a bit outdated with some plastering issues and one of the wall lights working. Overall a good stay for the price

Friendly hotel at a reasonable price.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and really made an effort. The check-in was quick and friendly. Bar staff at our evening event were lovely. Location is great and plenty of parking. Great value for money when you consider breakfast was included. We would certainly visit again.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated, but that's reflected in the price, so you get what you pay for. The windows, for safety reasons, don't open very wide, but without any air conditioning, the hot summer night was a bit warm! There was a fan in the room, but for a family of 4, we could have done with 2.

Great location, great value for money, we will return
Pros:

Great find, close to the port, very cheap and cheerful, but we will defo do it again whe we travel to Isle of White.

Pub attached, good food, good breakfast, golf range close.

Cons:

There were a few cobwebs in the room, that had been missed but again value for money was outstanding.
