Portsmouth Overnighter
Pros:

It was quiet and had plenty of off street parking. It was easy to find and the restaurant had a reasonable choice of food at reasonable prices.

Cons:

The room was dated. We had a twin share, which was okay, but I cannot understand how they can justify 80 pound more for us to share a bed. The room needs updating, especially the bathroom, with cracked tiles and a stained bath. The reception didn't seem particularly interested in ensuring we had the requisite information.

Was probably due a refurb about 15 years ago. Very dated decor scruffy rooms and bathroom.

Pros:

Great place to stay on Portsea Island with reasonable prices. Location isn't close to the centre but ample parking and nice places to walk nearby on the Salterns & Baffins.

Lucky we only stayed three nights.
Pros:

The room was a good size. Beds were clean and reasonably comfortable. Room was cleaned every day and fresh linen was provided. Staff were good and friendly.

Cons:

The whole place needed upgrading. Our bathroom was awful. Taps were covered in a sort of plastic- all peeling off. Shower head was clogged and dirty looking. The hot water was scorching, far too hot. The towel rail had a rusty joint with tape round it. The hairdryer which was fixed in a drawer had white tape wrapped round the handle, all peeling off and the switch had to be held in to work. The back of the bathroom door was scratched and old. The breakfast room was dingy, tables were sticky ( with old varnish) not the fault of the staff. The food was not very appetizing. Doors in and out had paint worn off.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Not a lot ! There's nothing that I can say I liked about this place.

Cons:

The room looked nothing like the pictures, I was very disappointed.
