The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance. It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).

TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.

For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.

Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

They lost it on service on hospitality
Pros:

Breakfast is ok - as well as location. Pool idem.

Cons:

This place need more and better maintenance. Lots of half broken stuff, and overall appearance is that its best years are behind. Worst was the reception. I don’t understand the time it takes to check in when they have all your data already. What struck us most is demanding full payment before entering the room. We had paid half already- and my travel companion’s bank card was bottom of his suitcase. We were staying 2 night so plenty of time. They still insisted immediate payment and did not even give the opportunity to go to the room and return 10 mins later. Here you really missed every sense of hospitality and this also sets a very bad start for the rest of the stay.

O hotel é prático, tem um ar acolhedor, é bem localizado, é possível fazer todo o necessário, andando. Tem restaurantes do lado do hotel, tem farmácia do lado do hotel. Os funcionários são acolhedores, prestativos, interativos, enfim, o hotel é tudo de bom. Há um bom tempo, nunca tinha ficado num hotel tão TOP desse tipo.
