The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance. It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).

TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.

For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.

O hotel, atendeu a necessidade.
Encontra-se muito bem localizado, os funcionários são gentis, prestativos e cordiais.
Instalações bem limpas e organizadas.
Café da manhã, bom, com opções frescas e variadas.
Necessita algumas pequenas reformas (assoalho) acredito que devem estar acontecendo, notamos que a pintura érecente.
Situação que não interefe na hospedagem.
Quarto com boa área de circulação.
Garagem monitorada.
Opção para jantar com música (conferir programação).
Almoço (conferir).
Possui academia, brinquedoteca, sala de jogos, área externa com piscina, espaço muito bonito.

Na academia, o aparelho da esteira fazia muito barulho.

O hotel possui quartos com bom tamanho e conforto. A equipe é atenciosa e o café da manhã é mto bom.

Cons:

Os quartos tem problemas crônicos de infiltração, precisei trocar 2x de quarto do segundo andar pelo cheio de mofo, provavelmente causados pelas umidades no papel de parede. A equipe foi compreensiva e nos trocou de quarto.

Pros:

O atendimento de todos foi muito bom mesmo! Conseguiram ajudar com todas as solicitações e melhorar a estadia. O quarto tem um espaço bom, frigobar, mesa para comer/trabalhar, é bem confortável. Além disso, é um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já vi, recomendo!

O quarto para três pessoas.com certeza foi adaptado ,pois três camas ficaram muito apertadas. Dificultando a circulação.
Penso que ê um bom quarto de duas camas.!!
Impossível usar a escrivaninha !!
A cadeira fica imprensada na terceira cama, e impossibilita chegar à janela.

Café da manhã magnífico, camas confortáveis, chuveiro bom, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, muito bem localizado.

Cons:

Apartamento reformado.

Cons:

Infelizmente o apartamento fica próximo a um gerador e a coifa da cozinha. Fazendo muito barulho e impossível dormir antes da 22:30.

Somente como sugestão , eles poderiam oferecer um café da manhã, estilo bem reduzido (cesta de café ) para quem passeios antes das 6:30 hs .
