The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance. It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).

TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.

For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.

Nice location.
Pros:

Location is the main positive aspect

Cons:

The room was really small, althoug the balcony was very nice. I couldn't even let my suitcase opened in the room because there was no space. The other problem was the absolute absence of plugs for recharge batteries in the room. There was just two of them: ine in the bathroom and the other in the superior part of the wall behind the TV. Owners should revise this.

El hotel está bien pero no es lo que buscas si quieres combinar Cataratas con relax en la piscina.

Muy limpio, buen desayuno y buena ubicación

Cons:

Indica que tiene piscina pero no está habilitado su uso. Estaba en obras, vacía e inaccesible.

Os pontos essenciais foram bons, mas a estrutura precisa de modernização e manutenção.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, com bons restaurantes próximos e farmácia em frente. O café da manhã é muito bom, com boas opções, itens bem distribuídos e uma estação de tapioca bem organizada, sem formação de filas. A limpeza também foi muito boa e a cama bastante confortável.

Cons:

Fiquei um pouco decepcionada com a estrutura do hotel, principalmente porque, pelas fotos apresentadas no Booking, esperava encontrar ambientes mais atuais e bem conservados. Pessoalmente, o hotel demonstra bastante a idade e está precisando de modernização e maior atenção à manutenção.

A recepção tem decoração bastante ultrapassada, piso escuro de ardósia e iluminação com lâmpadas frias, o que torna o ambiente pouco acolhedor. No quarto, havia papel de parede começando a descolar, porta e guarnições do banheiro precisando de manutenção e pintura, além de pontos de iluminação que não funcionavam. O banheiro também é bastante antigo e havia alguns “remendos” nos rejuntes na área do porta-shampoo.
O atendimento da recepção também deixou a desejar. Não achei a equipe especialmente atenciosa ou eficiente e, em uma das saidas para um passeio, ainda tivemos um transtorno: nosso carro havia ficado com a luz acesa, o que descarregou a bateria, e foi necessário fazer uma “chupeta” para sairmos o que atrasou nosso passeio. Foi uma situação inconveniente
