Hôtel à l'ambiance sympathique.
Pros:

Petit hôtel familial, très bien situé au calme dans une petite impasse tout en étant au cœur de la ville de La Spezia. On a aussi aimé la présence d'un personnel sympathique, aimable et très serviable: l'un d'entre eux parle couramment le français.

Cons:

À noter que le service du petit-déjeuner n'est plus disponible depuis le début de l'année.

Pros:

The location was superb.A quiet courtyard just off the Main Street which had all the cafes, bars and restaurants.
The hotel and been decorated throughout by an artist whose drawings adorned almost every wall.Very original

Cons:

It was only a small hotel, eight bedrooms which was fine up to a point.
The staff who we met ,three ,were lovely people but it was very rare to see anyone on reception during the day and never at night.
This wasn't really a problem to us but other people might find it to be one.

O ar condicionado não resfriava o suficiente. A orientação quanto às opções de estacionamento poderiam ser mais precisas. Pagamos muito mais do que poderíamos ter pago no estacionamento.

Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Lieu très agréable, fleuri, reposant, tout en étant en plein centre historique de La Spezia, dans une impasse très calme. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques, ils nous ont guidés dans nos recherches. Je vous recommande cet hôtel.

Frábært starfsfólk sem gaf okkur góðar upplýsingar um hvað væri skemmtilegt að sjá í og í nágrenni við La Spezia. Hótelið er vel staðsett og stutt að ganga í strætó, ferju eða lest.

Great location and really helpful staff.

Cons:

There were a few bits like a tea towel and washing up liquid that we needed in the kitchen, but staff did what they could to help. The apartment could have done with some extra home comforts like a rug to make it feel homely.

Pros:

The owners were awesome! Very welcoming and helpful. The location is optimal for a visit of La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Right in the center and within a 10 minute walk from the train station. One of the owners gave us so much information about what to do in the area, about places that are hidden treasures, and where the best places to eat are.

Cons:

We loved absolutely everything. The hospitality of the hosts makes you feel at home. I would book again at Hotel Novecento, if in the area.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! La chaleur de l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel/des hôtes. Toujours aux petits soins et de très bon conseil.l'ambiance générale du lieu et la terrasse privée. out était réuni pour passer un moment inoubliable.
Ce que j'ai le plus aimé, c'est sans aucun doute l'emplacement idéal du logement. Avoir toutes les commodités à proximité immédiate — que ce soit la gare pour se déplacer facilement, les excellents restaurants ou les lieux incontournables à ne pas louper — a rendu notre séjour tellement agréable et simple. Je recommande les yeux fermés !"

Cons:

Le canapé lit du salon qui reste d'un confort correct mais pas exceptionnel. La cabine de douche un peu petite et limite pour 4 si on fait 2 douches par jour. Je me suis retrouvé sans eau chaude le soir car dernièr.Hormis ça rien à redire.
