Highly recommended
Pros:

The owners were awesome! Very welcoming and helpful. The location is optimal for a visit of La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Right in the center and within a 10 minute walk from the train station. One of the owners gave us so much information about what to do in the area, about places that are hidden treasures, and where the best places to eat are.

Cons:

We loved absolutely everything. The hospitality of the hosts makes you feel at home. I would book again at Hotel Novecento, if in the area.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! La chaleur de l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel/des hôtes. Toujours aux petits soins et de très bon conseil.l'ambiance générale du lieu et la terrasse privée. out était réuni pour passer un moment inoubliable.
Ce que j'ai le plus aimé, c'est sans aucun doute l'emplacement idéal du logement. Avoir toutes les commodités à proximité immédiate — que ce soit la gare pour se déplacer facilement, les excellents restaurants ou les lieux incontournables à ne pas louper — a rendu notre séjour tellement agréable et simple. Je recommande les yeux fermés !"

Cons:

Le canapé lit du salon qui reste d'un confort correct mais pas exceptionnel. La cabine de douche un peu petite et limite pour 4 si on fait 2 douches par jour. Je me suis retrouvé sans eau chaude le soir car dernièr.Hormis ça rien à redire.

Pros:

Nuits passées excellente vu le calme et climatisation au top. L'hotel est séparée par une ruelle d'une vingtaine de mètres d'un artère très très fréquentée et bruyante mais pourtant, aucun bruit n'atteint les chambres.
Anna et son équipe très gentils et disponibles. Après 8 jours; nous avons quittés des gens qui étaient devenus nos amis .
Guillaume nous a accueilli en francais et nous a très bien conseillés sur les restaurants et tea room (pour petit déjeuner).
Se trouve à proximité de la gare et du port. Emplacement parfait pour visiter les Cinqueterres.
Hotel familial A RECOMMANDER pour son qualité/prix.

Ci è piaciuto tutto: dalla pulizia alle scelte di design (probabilmente affidate a qualche artista :)), e soprattutto la cordialità e la pazienza di Guglielmo e di suo fratello Pietro, aspetto particolarmente prezioso se viaggiate con una persona disabile. Posizione centralissima ma senza il rumore della movida del centro. Da consigliare.

Una joyita escondida en La Spezia
Pros:

Por tratarse de un hotel boutique, si bien era pequeño, resultó cómodo. Sencillo y limpio como para pasar una estadía excelente, considerándolo como un hotel " de paso". Ésto permite la buena conexión para concretar todas las atracciones turísticas.
Mención aparte merece la atención del personal: siempre dispuesto a asesorarte, ofrecer recomendaciones gastronómicas y turísticas y atentos a cualquier necesidad que pudiera surgir. Un GRACIAS especial para Pietro por su disponibilidad constante.

Excellent séjour : personnel très sympathique, hôtel confortable, calme et idéalement situé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. La chambre était confortable, l’hôtel était calme, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer, et son emplacement est idéal pour découvrir La Spezia et les environs. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien et nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation. Merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil !

Hotelli oli hyvällä sijainnilla, ei pitkä matka kävellä rautatieasemalta. Huone oli hyvän kokoinen ja pystyimme jättämään laukut hotellille kun saavuimme jo aamulla. Laukut oli huoneessa kun illalla saavuimme takaisin hotellille. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällisiä ja yllättivät meidät meidän 20v. Hääpäivänä paikallisella viinillä joka oli jätetty jääkaappiin ja sängyllä oli kortti. Iso kiitos ❤️

A beautiful small hotel, perfectly located, with comfy rooms and the most amazing and helpful owners
Pros:

Fantastic location, in a quite courtyard off one of the central streets in La Spezia. A wonderfully quirky little hotel, full of character and charm. Very comfortable room (with air-conditioning) and a well-appointed bathroom. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, offering great advice on what to see, where to eat, trips to other towns in the area, and both storing our bags and being very flexible with timings. It really was a great stay.

L’hôtel est très central dans une petite impasse située dans la rue piétonne de La Spezia. Non loin de la gare pour allez au 5 terres et sur le port pour prendre le bateau qui vous promène au 5 terres ( 10 minutes à pied de chaque côtés .,La bâtisse est très sympa et charmante avec ça petite cour d’accueil arboré de jolies plantes . Accueil fantastique des propriétaires . Notre chambre était petite mais il y avais le nécessaire . Petit frigo , salle de bain avec nécessaire de toilettes. La douche était très petite mais je suis très fort et grand pour une personne normal ça va. Les fresques sur tout les murs sont parfois sympathique et parfois moins , c’est selon les goût de chacun. Juste petit bémols notre petite salle de bain demande à être rafraîchie .
Nous reviendrons certainement.
