Pros:

The location, the team could not have been more helpful. Was tucked away off main street in quiet little courtyard. Owners told us the history of the hotel and proudly explained the art work throughout.
We were given recomendations for dinner and breakfast.
Greeted warmly when coming and going, they made our stay special in such a beautiful location!

Pros:

J'ai adoré l'équipe de l'hotel qui nous a donné de précieux conseils et a été très agréable. L'hotel est situé à proximité de la gare de la Spezia (10 min de marche) et très pratique pour les visites alentours.

Highly recommend as a base for Cinqie Terra, and allow extra time for Portovenere, San Terenzo and Lerici

Это был один из самых тёплых приёмов за всё время наших путешествий.
Нам были очень рады и мы почувствовали себя желанным гостями.
Сама гостиница небольшая и очень уютная, расположена в самом центре города, но на тупиковой улице, что создаёт дополнительный уют и тишину в ночное время. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха: мини-холодильник, кондиционер, чайник и чашки, чай и кофе. В ванной фен, биде, хороший напор воды.
Ребята на ресепшене подскажут, куда сходить, съездить и ответят на любой вопрос и с радостью помогут построить интересный маршрут.
Обязательно вернёмся ещё!

Super linda, bien ubicada y una atención esmerada…

Muy bien ubicada, cerca de la estación de tren, muy cerca de la calle principal pero a la vez escondida y protegida . La atención realmente es excepcional, nos atendieron como en ningún otro lugar. Nos dieron muchos consejos para optimizar nuestra estadía y conocer los 5 pueblos. Muchos tips recomendaciones para comer. Además muy flexibles con el check in. Realmente estamos fascinados con ellos.

Dans la chambre single il faut ajouter des prises multiples pour brancher les appareils dessus ( la Clim, la tv, la bouillloire etc …) car ça marche pas et on ne se rend pas vraiment compte que les fils ne sont pas branchés

Pros:

The staff/owners were fantastic. So helpful, friendly and welcoming. The courtyard area was beautiful and the location brilliant. The style, including the artwork on the walls is very bohemian. Apparently inspired by a famous artist? A very specific taste though. All in all good value.

Cons:

General maintenance and upkeep. Paintwork was scuffed and could do with a refresh. The bathroom tap was broken. The view from the window was unpleasant with what appeared to be old clothes and bed sheets rotting in a courtyard.

La Liguria è una regione molto bella e ricca di paesaggi naturali mozzafiato.

Bel boutique hôtel emplacement idéal
Pros:

L’emplacement au cœur de la rue piétonne historique de la spezia (commerce, osteria trattoria pizzeria etc.
À 10 min de l’embarcadère des ferry et à 10 min de la gare ( entre les 2)
La deco stylée de l’hôtel
L’accueil chaleureux du personnel , les bons plans et les recos pour manger et visiter

La Spezia vaut le détour quand on a les conseils que nous avons eu au Boutique Hôtel Novecento
Pros:

L’accueil ,qui plus est, en français !! L’emplacement au top entre la gare et le port où on embarque pour Porto Venere par exemple. Les conseils pour visiter La Spezia et les environs et ainsi , optimiser nos journées.
