Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo kiepskie nastawienie do przybyłych Gości.
Pros:

Hotel zlokalizowany w sercu starówki także lokalizacja 10/10, czysto, łóżka wygodne, śniadanie choć bardzo podstawowe to naprawdę smaczne.

Cons:

Hotel nie posiada żadnego miejsca do pozostawienia rowerów - choć zgłaszałam tę potrzebę po dokonaniu rezerwacji - rowery oczekują w recepcji uniemożliwiając innym gościom skorzystanie z "lobby" hotelowego. Dodam, że rowery nie były czyste po przejechaniu kilkudziesięciu km w deszczu. Podłączenie ładowarki rowerowej zasilającej rower wspomagany elektrycznie (Merida esilex) również było kłopotem a raczej Pan właściciel/menager musiał ocenić czy będzie się hotelowi opłacało (!) by zużyć nieco hotelowego prądu. Pierwszy raz spotykam się z takim nastawieniem do klienta i z takim brakiem profesjonalizmu. Nadmienię, że nocleg ze śniadaniem w środku lata w mocnej lokalizacji w Elblągu nie jest najtańszy z możliwych a i tak Zarządcy hotelowi musieli ocenić opłacalność podłączenia ładowarki rowerowej. Jest to najniższa z moich ocen na bookingu, którą kiedykolwiek wystawiłam a rezerwacji na tej platformie dokonuję wiele razy w roku.

Śniadanie przepyszne, szybko przygotowane przez przemiłą Panią 😊 Śniadanie wyliczone w cenę pobytu, co jest dużym plusem. Menu do wyboru. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Cena adekwatna do komfortu pokoju oraz wszelkich dodatków, które były w pokoju. Polecam!
