A Ferrari Múzeum mindössze néhány percnyi autóútra van.

Pros:

Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό! Πολύ κοντά στο μουσείο της Ferrari μόλις 10 λεπτά αλλά κ στη συγκοινωνία για Modena.

Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Domus mitten in der Nacht abbrechen. Gegen 02:30 Uhr entdeckten wir zahlreiche lebende Bettwanzen auf den Matratzen und Kissen. Fotos und Videos wurden gesichert und an Booking.com übermittelt.

Da wir als Familie mit schlafenden Kindern unterwegs waren und am Morgen eine Autofahrt von über 1.000 km vor uns hatten, war die Situation äußerst belastend. Wir mussten unser Gepäck noch in der Nacht im Badezimmer und später in Plastiksäcken isolieren, um das Risiko einer Verschleppung der Bettwanzen zu minimieren.

Als ich den Vorfall sofort melden wollte, war die Rezeption gegen 02:45 Uhr nicht besetzt. Auch bei unserer vorzeitigen Abreise um 05:30 Uhr war kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Ein Zimmerwechsel oder eine Klärung war daher nicht möglich.

Nach unserer Beschwerde schickte uns das Hotel ein Foto eines Hinweisschildes mit einer Notfallnummer. Während unseres Aufenthalts – weder nachts noch bei unserer Abreise – war ein solches Schild für uns jedoch nicht vorhanden oder sichtbar. Daher konnten wir diese Nummer nicht nutzen.

Positiv ist, dass das Hotel nach unserer schriftlichen Beschwerde und der Übermittlung der Fotobeweise den Zimmerpreis vollständig erstattet hat. Der gravierende Hygienemangel sowie das Fehlen eines erreichbaren Ansprechpartners in einer solchen Situation sind für uns jedoch absolut inakzeptabel.

Für uns als Familie war dies eine sehr belastende Erfahrung. Aus diesem Grund können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Zimmer sauber und Zweckmäßig

Frühstücksfee sollte ihren yJob wechseln , hat nur wiederwillig , nach wiederholtem fragen Kaffee gemacht ( Handy war wichtiger)
