Pros:

L’accueil était très bien, mais il n’y avait personne après l’accueil. Je crois que c’est parce qu’il y a des rénovations en cours.

Cons:

L’air climatisé fait beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit. Lors du check out vers 9:00 il n’y a pas de service de petit déjeuner et personne au restaurant à côté. On est samedi matin. On laisse la clé au front desk. Il y a un peintre qui nous adresse aucune parole, ni en italien ni en anglais…ils sont en rénovations. On aurait aimé avoir l’information lors du Check-in qu’il n’y aurait personne sauf le peintre.
Pas grave, on y était pour une nuit seulement. Emplacement idéal pour le musée de Ferrari.

Un po vecchiotto ma non male ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Molto centrale e in stile Ferrari..Frigo con bevande free. Tv e aria condizionata e il ristorante discreto e sconto x i clienti dell hotel

Cons:

Habitaciones mal acondicionadas. Al pagar la reserva dice que tiene todos los servicios y al llegar no fue así. Los aires acondicionados del hotel no funcionan, el desagüe de la ducha estaba tapado. No solucionaron nuestros reclamos. Poca higiene, paredes manchadas, piso de la ducha manchado, paredes de la ducha con moho.

Para intentar solucionar nos ofrecieron cambio de habitación, la cual estaba igual o peor.

Fuí en verano por lo que fue una pesadilla las noches con calor y sin aire acondicionado.

Por el precio esperábamos algo mejor. La nevera no enfriaba.

Jedną - dwie noce można wytrzymać. Dłuższy pobyt odradzam.
Pros:

Lokalizacja korzystna, w samym centrum miasta. Łóżka w miarę wygodne. Przyzwoita restauracja w obiekcie. Sympatyczna obsługa. Na tym kończą się zalety hotelu.

Cons:

Hotel wymagający kapitalnego remontu. Łazienki bez wentylacji - można się domyślić, co było po użyciu. Pokoje z czymś, co ma udawać klimatyzację - chyba z czasów przedpotopowych, w pokojach upał nie do zniesienia. W naszym pokoju nie działała suszarka do włosów. W pokoju znajomych przeciekał dach w trakcie deszczu, w kolejnym pokoju pseudoklimatyzacja hałasowała jak stary traktor. Fakt, że nie było problemu z zamianą pokoi, ale standard obiektu bardzo kiepski.
