Jedną - dwie noce można wytrzymać. Dłuższy pobyt odradzam.
Pros:

Lokalizacja korzystna, w samym centrum miasta. Łóżka w miarę wygodne. Przyzwoita restauracja w obiekcie. Sympatyczna obsługa. Na tym kończą się zalety hotelu.

Cons:

Hotel wymagający kapitalnego remontu. Łazienki bez wentylacji - można się domyślić, co było po użyciu. Pokoje z czymś, co ma udawać klimatyzację - chyba z czasów przedpotopowych, w pokojach upał nie do zniesienia. W naszym pokoju nie działała suszarka do włosów. W pokoju znajomych przeciekał dach w trakcie deszczu, w kolejnym pokoju pseudoklimatyzacja hałasowała jak stary traktor. Fakt, że nie było problemu z zamianą pokoi, ale standard obiektu bardzo kiepski.

Die zentrale Lage im Herzen von Maranello. Das Restaurant

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Hier wurde wohl vergessen, dass es Frühstück gibt. Die Auswahl war sehr dürftig.
In den Fluren stehen Lattenroste aus anderen Betten herum, und das Personal hatte wohl einen kleinen Disput auf dem Gang.

Accoglienza inesistente, camera sporca e vecchia, aria condizionata non funzionante con termoconvettori vecchi e maleodoranti nonostante i 35 gradi.
Volevamo quasi fuggire!!!!

Atendimento deixa MUITO a desejar. O primeiro quarto que entrei estava com problemas no alarme do banheiro, box do chuveiro vazando e o ar condicionado não funcionava. Fiz uma primeira reclamação pra uma recepcionista que disse que iria arrumar (com a maior má vontade). Fomos fazer um passeio e voltamos horas depois, os problemas continuavam. Fui fazer novamente a reclamação, agora para uma outra recepcionista. A mesma me tratou mais ainda com desdém e má vontade, chegou no meu quarto falando que o defeito era porque eu estava usando o quarto de forma errada, até que a mesma viu que o problema realmente era do quarto e nos mudou para um quarto melhor. Terrível, não voltarei.
