La gentillesse du personnel.
Stayed here many times before. Very short walk to the city centre and favoured restaurants. First time being disappointed with the stay.
Had a twin room. Allocated #18. 3 single beds, wheelchair accessible room.

2 beds had only top sheets / empty duvet covers
Having driven to the hotel after camping at 24H du Mans, I really should have used my sleeping bag and own pillow for a better night’s sleep.
Motion controlled lights really unsuitable for anything other than single occupancy rooms - get up in the night to use the toilet, everyone’s woken up by the lights!
Breakfast is now €13 each. Selection less than it used to be.

Emplacement, calme et confort
Impersonnel (ouverture ponctuelle de la réception seulement rendant l’endroit peu chaleureux).
Eau de la douche pas très chaude du tout.
Du coup rapport qualité / prix un peu décevant.
Petit hôtel dans le centre ville avec un parking extérieur sur place, à deux pas de la cathédrale.

tres bon dejeuner! tres varié!! receptioniste tres a l ecoute! je recommande cet etablissement!! et le plus c est une place de parking avec un cout suplementaire mais du coup on peut aller tranquilement a pied en centre ville! sans tourner pour trouvé une place

Petit déjeuner avec gaufre fraîche du jour, bananes qui change des pommes et autres.
La chambre bien. Bon accueil aussi
Pas de rideau de douche, ou autre la salle de bain est vite inondée si on n'y prends pas garde. Risque de glissade surtout pour une chambre pour personnes a mobilité réduite.
La difficulté de se garer, il faut savoir calculer son temps.
Une chambre avec un lit confortable, un bureau pratique et une grande fenêtre donnant sur la cour (au rez-de-chaussée, mais cela ne pose aucun problème). Très bon accueil. Propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner simple mais finalement très complet — avec même des oranges à presser soi-même, comme à la maison, ce qui est plutôt rare. Très bien situé, en plein centre-ville, juste à côté du parking central de Chartres (que j’utilise fréquemment).
Un petit problème de chauffage de l'eau de la salle de bain... problème ponctuel probablement lié aux travaux qu'il y avait dans la cour.

La habitación era amplia y cómoda. Las dos camas eran muy cómodas (viajabamos con mi hijo). El hotel es muy centrico. Se puede ir caminando des de allí a cualquier parte de Chartres. Tambien hay una estación de tranvia cerca. Habia recepción de 15:00 a 21:00 y luego para entrar te dan un código. Tiene ascensor, aire acondicionado
Para aparcar en el patio del hotel te cobran 12 € y por el desayuno tambien te cobran 12 € por persona lo cual es un poco caro.
