A luxurious stay, we are will meet every need you could want
Pros:

Food at breakfast was plentiful. I particularly liked the fact that they asked us what we wanted of the provided items tray rather than just deposit them on the table, as I hate wasting food. The only suggestion I would probably have is that if some of the items could be a little bit smaller because there was some things like dried fruit that I wanted off the cheese and fruit plate but not necessarily the cheese, maybe I could’ve asked but I didn’t. But the plate is so big there’s no way I would eat all the cheese on that plate so I guess maybe what I’m saying is that if you had a small and large option.

Cons:

To be honest, I don’t have any feedback here about anything I didn’t like. The staff were particularly attentive and very accommodating to every need.

Fabulous hotel but improvements could be made

Amazing Property, not as perfect location as they say
Pros:

The hotel itself is very beautiful. Just like described. Our suite was amazing, very large with fabulous amenities. The outside area, with pool and bar spectacular. Pool heated to spa temperature, views lovely. Staff went out of their way to be friendly. Hotel a short walk fromt he castle, great spot to see the castle and explore. Ate at restaurant, dinner was very nice but not amazing. Breakfast on the other hand was probably the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel ever.

Cons:

Not one picture, or one review tells you that the main road runs at the base of the rock area hotel is situated on. Our room was on the side of the road, and it was like a highway running at the side, since the noise travelled up. Very tired on arrival, and only spent a short period of time in room before I went to explore. If I'd noticed earlier would have asked to be moved. If you are a deep sleeper not a problem. A light sleeper like me - I was awake half the night.
