Bed sheets nice and white and so were towels!

Egy éjszaka oké
Pros:

A hely kocsival jól megközelíthető, megoldották jól a parkolást. A szobákban tetszett a padlószőnyeges megoldás, otthonossá varázsolja a szobát. A személyzet kedvesen megoldotta a kártyahibát.

Cons:

A reggeli szűkös, a szobák már réginek tűnnek, sok a pókháló. A fürdő a szobában ízléstelen, már nagyon felújításra szorul. A hajszárító pont elromlott, a kártyát újra kellett tanítani, az nagyon puha, a párna szintén - valakinek ez tetszik, személy szerint nagyon kényelmetlen volt.

Pros:

Külön köszönet a személyzetnek, hogy az érkezésünkkor azonnal tudtak új szobát biztosítani, mikor kiderült, hogy mi valójában pót ágyasat fogalaltunk, ők viszont nem azt készítettek elő nekünk. Minden gond nélkül megoldották a szoba cserét. Köszönjük a rugalmasságot!

Good hotel
Pros:

Verry good bed en pillow.
Good size room/ bathroom.
I was gone to early for breakfast and ask for taking with me. They made me a verry good breakfast for on my way to Belgium. Thank you for that! . I come surely back to sleep over In between my trip to Bulgary twice a year.

Cons:

I could not open the window because to much noise.

Hotel jako takový není vůbec špatný, ale dělí se na dvě části na 3*** a 4**** ta 3hvezdixkova část je právě u rušnejší křižovatky, nám to nijak nevadilo, okna dobře odhlučněné..a na pokoji je i klima a lednice. Pokoj útulný, koupelna čistá a uklizena každý den i pokoj. Dole je welness, vířivka a sauna.. Mněli jsme zde polopenzi, snídaně jsou bohaté a večeře třichodové menu které si dopředu vyberte. Personál je zde milý a usměvavý. Hotel má i svoji aplikaci "Alfred" kde si spoustu věcí zařídit do předu, jako třeba check in, platbu a i lze přidat nějaké další služby jako třeba kytice nebo mísa ovoce na pokoj. Hotel je cca 10min od nádraží a 15min od promenády. Dětské hřiště nedaleko. Za nás určitě spokojenost.. The hotel as such is not bad at all, but it is divided into two parts: 3*** and 4****, the 3-star part is right at the busier intersection, we didn't mind at all, the windows are well soundproofed.. And there is also air conditioning and refrigerator in the room. The room is cozy, the bathroom is clean and tidy every day and the room. Downstairs is a wellness, whirlpool and sauna.. We had half board here, breakfast is rich and dinner is a three-course menu that you choose in advance. The staff here is nice and smiling. The hotel also has its own app "Alfred" where you can arrange a lot of things in advance, such as check-in, payment and you can also add some other services such as a bouquet or a bowl of fruit to the room. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the station and 15 minutes from the promenade. Children's playground nearby. Definitely satisfaction for us..
