Estar hospedada pagando caro para tomar banho de água gelada, com certeza não valeu a pena o valor investido

Café da manhã com variedade, e boa localização

Cons:

O chuveiro sai água fria e água queimando ao mesmo tempo, e com baixa quantidade de água. Mesmo relatando a recepção por duas vezes, não foram ao quarto verificar, não ofereceram trocar o quarto e nem deram o feedback de que algo poderia ser feito.

Beautiful big bedroom with balcony looking out over swimming pool. Great buffet breakfast and evening meal.
Great location walking distance to every thing

L’air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas.. impossible de brancher les appareils pas assez de prises proches du lit .. la salle de bain et la chambre mériteraient un bon coup de rafraîchissement..

The room n balcony with sea view. Pool area n food lovely staff friendly n nice.

Cons:

Our fridge wasn't working properly and I had insulin in it had to wait hours for a maintenance man and new one.Told reception on day 1 phone wasn't working still wasn't sorted when we left.

Hotel zlokalizowany idealnie, blisko plaży oraz charakterystycznych punktów Alicante. W środku bardzo czysto, przyjemnie, pachnąco. Każde sprzątanie pokoju dokładne. Przepyszne śniadania, duży wybór dań na ciepło, świeżych owoców, warzyw, słodkości, do tego świetna kawa. Personel miły, wszyscy uśmiechnięci. Pobyt udany, wrócilibyśmy i na pewno będziemy polecać ten obiekt.

Wspaniały odpoczynek w hotelu Sercotel Maya Alicante

Hotel przy zamku św.Barbary, 6 minut do plaży, 10 minut do centrum, to oznacza że lokalizacja jest naprawdę bardzo dobra. Obsługa mówi w języku angielskim, jest bardzo pomocna. Śniadania zróżnicowane i bardzo smaczne. Pokój czysty i ładnie urządzony. Niedaleko hotelu kawiarnie, restauracje, sklep spożywczy.
