Nice staff and clean rooms and áreas
Dinner buffet for 24euro and it wasn’t worth it. The Food was bad and tastet wrong. A lot went only for the pizza
Výborná poloha, velice přátelský personál.
Mají rozlišená patra vybaveni hotelu. Patro 2. a 7.-10. jsou nová a opravená. Ostatní patra jsou staršího vybavení , ale čistá.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, der Strand ist in etwa sieben Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war sauber und insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Beim Frühstück hat uns besonders die wechselnde Auswahl an süßen Teilchen gefallen, die sehr lecker waren. Insgesamt war das Frühstück für ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel in Ordnung.
Der größte Kritikpunkt war für uns die extreme Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern waren selbst bei ganz normaler Lautstärke deutlich zu hören, ebenso Geräusche aus dem Bad und von der Toilette. Dadurch war an wirkliche Ruhe im Zimmer leider kaum zu denken.
Uns wurde angeboten, nachts die Rezeption anzurufen, damit die Nachbarn um mehr Ruhe gebeten werden. Da diese sich aber lediglich in normaler Lautstärke unterhalten haben, war das für uns keine wirkliche Lösung – das Problem lag aus unserer Sicht vielmehr an der Schalldämmung. Alternativ wurde uns ein renoviertes Zimmer mit besserer Schalldämmung angeboten, allerdings gegen einen Aufpreis von 45 € pro Nacht.
Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns außerdem etwas mehr Auswahl bei Wurst und Käse sowie frische Säfte gewünscht. Marmelade gab es nur in abgepackten Portionen. Das sind für uns allerdings eher kleinere Kritikpunkte.
Je nach Lage des Zimmers sollte man außerdem wissen, dass sich das Hotel direkt an einem Kreisverkehr befindet.
Habitación muy cómoda, muy limpio y buena relación calidad-precio. Fantástico desayuno buffet y muy bien atendido. Repetiré cuando vuelva por Alicante.

Le personnel, malgré la barrière de la langue sont d'une gentillesse incroyable ,le buffet du matin au petit déjeuner est juste exceptionnel on ne sait plus où donner de la tête tellement le choix est vaste le personnel a l'accueil est vraiment d'une gentillesse et surtout un monsieur qui parle le français très bien donc les francophones ne vous posez plus de questions ... en un mot j'y retournerai et pour ceux qui voyage en voiture un parking est disponible et surveillé 24/24 have un petit supplément très applicable de plus vous trouverez une grande galerie commerciale à 15 mn à pieds, la plage 15mn ainsi que le cœur d'alicante et le port , le château santa barbara que je recommande de visiter est aussi à 15 mn à pieds
