La limpieza
La comodidad de la habitación y el desayuno
Que no tenga estacionamiento
Las instalaciones, el desayuno y el personal super amables.
Que no tengan cocheras, o que se complique el ingreso al bajar del vehiculo por el tránsito.

Piscina no muy limpia
Lo que más me gustó del hotel Ker Recoleta fue su excelente ubicación. Está en una zona céntrica, segura y muy bien conectada, lo que facilitó mucho los desplazamientos y el acceso a distintos puntos de interés. Además, el entorno transmite tranquilidad y comodidad tanto para viajes de trabajo como personales.
Lo que menos me gustó fue la situación de los ascensores. Durante toda la estadía solo había uno funcionando, mientras el otro permanecía en reparación por al menos cuatro días. Esto generaba filas eternas y tiempos de espera excesivos, algo realmente inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoría.
La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, pero se nota bastante antigua y necesitaría una renovación para estar a la altura de las expectativas actuales.
El desayuno también fue decepcionante, muy por debajo de lo esperado, especialmente considerando el nivel gastronómico de una ciudad como Buenos Aires, donde normalmente la experiencia culinaria destaca mucho más.
Lo mejor fue la comodidad del colchón y las almohadas

Bien ubicada
había un solo ascensor que funcionaba para todos los pisos, luego de una espera infinita tuvimos subir y bajar ocho pisos ( valijas incluidas) por escaleras. Los baños mal diseñados , en el inodoro hay que sentarse de costado porque no te entran las piernas por el mueble y cuando te duchas ( mampara pequeña y fija) salpicas todo afuera y haces un desastre. El check out a las 10.00am un domingo (madrugon).

Lo que no me gustó fue los ascensores eran malos y el servicio de limpieza era pésimo
El personal muy amable
Ascensores muy lentos, era difícil transportarse entre la habitación y el lobbie, para empeorar la situación un ascensor se echa a perder durante la estadía, aunque siendo objetivo, bueno o malo, no cambiaba el panorama
Desayuno nada que rescatar, muy deficiente, es preferible gastar afuera y deleitarse con la gastronomía bonaerense.
Para quienes tengan problemas con los ruidos, en las habitaciones se siente literal todo, ruidos de aires y ascensores, además de 0 aislamiento a ruidos del pasillo donde se sentía la gente llegando de fiestas etc. Solo rescato que el personal de aseo muy laboriosos, y la cama para un gusto personal, adecuada.
