Excelente opción en Recoleta con piscina y sauna
Pros:

Buena ubicación, el desayuno muy variado y el personal que atiende muy atento. La piscina y el sauna están bien para despejarse un rato.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no nos gustó. Todo estuvo muy bien

Olía mal las piezas. Tenia una ventana que daba a las instalaciones interiores del edificio y no se veía nada al exterior,. Eso no informaron. El comedor no tenia ventana. Había muy mal olor en las habitaciones. La puerta corredera del baño sonaba mucho. Muy mala aislacion acústica entre las habitaciones. Luz mala, blanca y no calida. No tenía luz natural en todo el edificio. Mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo

Buena ubicación y debe mejorar algunos puntos

La ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

Debe mejorar el desayuno. Faltan opciones calientes. Pocas frutas y demoraban en reponer tanto la comida como los utensilios. Muchas veces mojados o no bien lavados. El café debe mejorar la calidad.

Me encanto el desayuno y la ubicación.
La habitación estaba linda y limpia y el personal fue amable.

Cons:

La zona de spa y pileta no estaba bien calefaccionada. Realmente era muy dificil relajarse y disfrutar cuando uno tenia frio la mayor parte del tiempo. Los sauna casi no calentaban.
Si vas por el spa ni vayas... no vale la pena. Hay hoteles spa mejores y tan solo por un poco más de dinero.

A localização e o atendimento da equipe foram os fatores bem favoráveis do hotel. O hotel também conta com spa com sauna e piscina quente coberta que estavam funcionando normalmente.

Cons:

O chuveiro, baixíssima pressão no chuveiro e falta de água quente por vezes. Mesmo com a troca de quarto, para um andar mais baixo, tivemos esse problema durante toda a estadia.

Es un 3 estrellas medio pelo.
Pros:

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación y parte del personal.

Cons:

Las instalaciones lejos de ser como en las fotos. Muy venido a menos y no se dejen engañar por las 4 estrellas. No es más de 3. En una de las habitaciones la cama se entregó sucia con pelos y migas, las duchas imposible para bañarse ya que el agua fría y caliente continuamente oscilando, habitación sin placard y luces frías que hacen una ambientación lúgubre.
