Το δωμάτιο είχε μπαλκόνι με καλή θέα και το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Η στάση των λεωφορείων και τα θαλάσσια ταξί ήταν πολύ κοντά

Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ καλοί, αλλά εσωτερικά οι χώροι και τα δωμάτια δεν ήταν σε τόσο καλή κατάσταση. Συνεπώς, ήταν αρκετά ακριβή η διαμονή μου σε σχέση με τις παροχές του ξενοδοχείου.

Llevo años yendo a este hotel y es perfecto para ir en familia y sus ubicación

Desde hace algún año han incorporado en recepción a una chica, Bianca, la cual es bastante desagradable con clientes de siempre, sin dar ningún tipo de facilidad ni amabilidad, por no hablar de la soberbia que tiene . Es una pena que una persona se cargue la estancia y vacaciones de la gente .

Leuk hotel met prima ligging, maar kamer heel gehorig

De ligging was prima. Lekker centraal.
De afgesloten parkeerplaats was super!
De kamer werd elke dag gereinigd.

Pros:

Segundo año consecutivo yendo y la verdad que relación calidad precio de lo mejor de la isla. A nosotros la ubicación nos parece perfecta porque mi hijo vive en Cala Llonga y estamos cerca, además, las playas de la zona nos gusta y es bastante más tranquilo todo. El personal siempre se porta de 10 y además hay parking gratis que es clave.

Cons:

El buffet se repite y estaría bien hacer una pequeña reforma pero está muy bien.

La atención del personal en general
En el buffet, en especial la atención de Carmen y de Montaña.
El personal de entretenimiento Cris y Paula muy simpáticas con los niños.
La comida del buffet excelente. No había demasiadas opciones para elegir pero cada día había opciones diferentes y lo que había estaba rico.
Excelente ubicación ya que la parada del bus estaba a 2 mins del hotel.
Al lado del hotel estaba la playa de Es Canar y Cala Nova que esta última estuvo muy bien y tranquila para las familias con niños pequeños.
Piscina para peques muy divertida y un bar para picotear a la hora de la merienda.
Hotel 100% recomendable si volviéramos a Ibiza repetiríamos la estancia en este hotel.

Cons:

El personal de limpieza hacía mucho ruido temprano en la mañana dejando caer los utensilios de limpieza.
El primer día, la base de la cama hacía mucho ruido pedimos que lo miraran y lo arreglaron. Como mejora sugeriría que cambiaran en general las camas porque son pequeñas (1.30) y no son muy cómodos los colchones.
