Pros:

Situation exceptionnel dans la fantastique vieille ville de cracovie. Tout y est accessible à pied en 5 ou 10 minutes...place centrale, château, quartier juif, cathédrales, palais, a proximité immédiate.
L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel incroyable de disponibilité. 2 restaurant dans l'hôtel + jacuzzi + réception de nuit + clim + calme absolu.

Absolute Wiederholung beim nächsten Aufenthalt in krakau
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal hat ständig für "Nachschub" gesorgt und die Tische nach Benutzung sofort abgeräumt und sehr sorgfältig gesäubert.
Schönes kleines Bad mit großer Dusche.
Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt in der Altstadt und in 3 Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Einzige kleine Beanstandung: sehr schlechtes WLAN im Hotel. Die Verbindung ging ständig verloren.

Pros:

The breakfast was good, the fruit salad was lovely but the croissants were dry.
We loved the room where we could sit and get a drink from the machine, perhaps the signage for it needs to be better.

Cons:

There was noise from the court yard late at night.

Hotel tranquilo y con encanto a pocos metros del centro de la ciudad.
Pros:

La ubicación,la limpieza y el trabajo del personal de recepción.
Siempre intentando dar una ayuda al cliente.
Destacada la zona habilitada con maquina de café y servicio de agua, de la primera planta.
Buen servicio de checkin, adelantando la hora prevista.
Bonito hotel tranquilo y con encanto a pocos metros del centro.
Para repetir y recomendar.

Amazing stay at Wowel Hotel in Krakow!
Pros:

The Hotel is in the very city centre, close to services and beautiful place to visit and where to eat. It is really clean and complemented with a lot of free services, like the coffee machine at first floor. The staff is polite and the rooms are fantastic.

Cons:

I will suggest to improve the choices for the sweet breakfast.

Excellent hotel in the best area of the old town
Pros:

Lovely hotel only 5 minutes from the old town. The hotel was very accommodating in supplying a packed breakfast as we were going on a trip leaving at 6am. The hotel was very quiet you could not hear other people walking around although hotel appeared to be busy very private experience. Will definitely return to this lovely hotel and beautiful city.

Pros:

The people who work there were very friendly and nice. They helped us find the walking tour. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of variety of food. It was very homey, clean, and unique. We are in another hotel now and miss your hotel! It was very charming. I miss it already.

Cons:

It did state on the website there was a Jacuzzi so I was disappointed that that was not there. I heard it closed because of Covid.
