L emplacement et les installations thermal , sauna est génial et le fait que tu n est pas obliger de prendre rdv pour y aller

Les gens on pas le sourire facile a partir du front desk jusqu a leurs resto ouff . On est sorti manger ailleurs dans le village pour avoir un meilleurs service et là aussi les gens pas trop souriant et l attente etais longue . Mon mari a appeler l hotel quelques jours avant d arriver pour me faire une petite surprise a notre chambre vu qu on arrivais la journée de ma fête et ils lui on dit vu que j avais booker avec booking.com et non l hotel direct il ne pouvais rien faire et sa commencer comme ca alors pour nous bien c est sure qu on y retournera pas là si je veux voir des airs bête je n ai qu a rester au travail

Excellent séjour,a part le bain non sécuritaire.
Cons:

Salle de bain,le bain tourbillon etait pas nécessaire et etait non sécuritaire,
Un bain normal aurait été plus approprié avec une barre au.mur pour éviter les chutes.

La disponibilité du personnel
Et le geste commercial pour compenser le transfert de la chambre dans un pavillon plutôt que le bâtiment principal

Cons:

Notre première chambre sentait très fortement le tabac
La responsable nous a gentiment trouvé une solution de relogement dans le pavillon A
Toutefois arrivés dans la chambre le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et il était impossible d’appeler l’accueil pour commander une navette
Notre voisine de chambre passait ses coups de fils durant des heures dans le couloir pour avoir une meilleure connection internet
Le sol ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyé
Dommage pour ce prix là
Nous ne nous étions pas attendus à ce genre de prestations

Tout était parfait !

Cons:

J'ai réservé un massage et franchement c'était vraiment mauvais. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette prestation.
