Pros:

Le cadre, le petit déjeuner, le jus d’orange pressé ( par ses soins), la gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre (19) … une fois qu’on y arrive après un dédale d’escaliers.

Cons:

Parking proche- tout est très relatif ! Place de parking devant l’hôtel limitée occupée par des sportifs puisque voiture dotée de vélo alors que je me déplace avec difficulté.
Repas demi-pension très gras pour le soir.
Pas d’aide pour les bagages au départ.
Ne convient absolument pas pour PMR ou mobilité réduite.
Aucune information à l’arrivée sur le Rock Spa Wellness.

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de clim, le fait que les peignoirs doivent être loué et les clapettes achetées pour le spa quand on est résident de l'hôtel.

We hadden de suite wat echt wel de moeite is , heel lekker eten,personeel vriendelijk

Voor het ontbijt moesten we van het ene gebouw naar het andere lopen (100 meter),voor terrasjes en winkeltjes moet je ergens anders zijn

Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt und sind auf jeden Fall bereit wieder zu kommen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, auch wenn etwas eng durch die Architektur unter einer Burg. Der Chef hat uns ohne Probleme ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, nachdem wir gesehen hatten, dass das Bett nur in der oberen Etage über eine Leiter erreichbar ist. Meine Frau hat Probleme mit Ihren Knien und er war auch so nett uns den Behindertenparkplatz zuzuweisen und uns Zugang für den Aufzug zu geben. Ein ganz großes Plus zum Thema Service! Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und die Bedienungen freundlich, effektiv und schnell.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig, z.B. der Käse war angetrocknet und teilweise sogar ein bisschen schimmelig. Es gab zu wenig Auswahl bei der Marmelade - ein Tipp: Mehrere und größere Gläser mit jeweils einem Löffel und viele Schälchen aus Esspapier statt nur wenigen aus Glas. Dasselbe gilt für Honig und Nutella. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist schon etwas älter, aber noch akzeptabel.
