Pros:

Bra läge, nära till det centrala utan att ha massa pubar och liknande som kan låta sent på kvällarna tätt inpå. Kanon när man har hunden med.

Fina rum men dålig bemanning och de allmänna ytorna behöver fräschas upp.
Pros:

Hotellrummen var fina och fräscha. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Cons:

De allmänna ytorna är väldigt daterade. Restaurangen behöver en uppfräschning, även spat där bastun och bubbelpoolen inte alls kom upp i den värme som hade utlovats. Känns som om hotellet är väldigt underbemannat. Ingen kom till spat och fyllde på med handdukar eller städade. På frukosten saknades massor med mat, kaffe etc. Personalen räckte verkligen inte till för att hålla efter och fylla på.

Cons:

Outbildad personal helt utan servicetänk, så märkligt. Otroligt unga sommarjobbare som verkat fått noll intro, och det fanns ingen annan att vända sig till. I repan kände de inte riktigt till konceptet roomservice, det var oklart för dem vad det var eller om de tillhandahöll det😁. Rörigt och långa köer på frukosten och saker och ting tog slut hela tiden, för att sedan inte fyllas på då de väntade ”på leverans”. Städningen under all kritik, gammal snus under sängen, dammigt och ett par örhängen under madrassen.

Pros:

God standard, godt renhold. Godt bad. Vennlig og imøtekommende betjening. Fikk bruke bagasjerom mens vi ventet på avreise.

Cons:

Hotellet flagget med prideflagg. For meg repredenterer det et støtende tankesett.

Återvänder gärna!
Pros:

Utmärkt service, trots sen bokning trollades ett hundrum i bottenplan med terrass fram när jag anlände. Riklig frukost med allt man kan önska. God lunch på restaurangen.

Cons:

Lite myror på golvet (hade rum i bottenplan med terrass). Lite ont om parkeringar nära (även om vi lyckades varje dag). Lite fläckar på ett lakan (troligen inblåst skräp)

Notre chambre était au sous sol donc sans fenêtre, cela était signalé des ma réservation. Mais je ne l avais pas vu. Finalement la climatisation était silencieuse donc ça allait.

Pros:

Fantastic staff, very forthcoming, kind, if anything needs to be changed, fixed or upgraded. Pool (works till 21), table tennis very appreciated. Bikes, (just little old) are included up to 5 hrs, very handy and appreciated, better than a bus!

Cons:

Poor ventilation, no conditioning. Some terraces doesn't have a fence or rail, must be set straight in correspondance to know what will you get, all terraces not equal (only first floors)
