Już od momentu przekroczenia progu hotelu widać dbałość o każdy detal – wnętrza są utrzymane w nienagannym porządku, a estetyka wykończenia zadowoli najbardziej wymagających gości. Pobyt w hotelu był ogólnie bardzo udany – standard pokoju, lokalizacja oraz komfort zdecydowanie na wysokim poziomie i zgodne z oczekiwaniami wobec tego typu obiektu.

Cons:

Niestety pojawiła się sytuacja, która istotnie wpłynęła na końcowe odczucia. Podczas rezerwacji informacja o obiedzie (120 PLN) została przedstawiona w sposób niejednoznaczny i mogła sugerować element oferty, podczas gdy w rzeczywistości był to koszt dodatkowy. Przy dwóch nocach oznacza to już ok. 240 zł, co nie jest kwotą pomijalną.
Po zgłoszeniu tej kwestii w hotelu nie uzyskałam realnego wyjaśnienia ani rozwiązania – jedyną informacją było, że mogę skorzystać z restauracji i zapłacić na miejscu.
W ramach odpowiedzi w pokoju pozostawiono bon na kawę i ciasto oraz drobny upominek dla dziecka – co było miłym gestem i zostało docenione, jednak nie odnosiło się do istoty zgłoszonego problemu.
Szkoda, że zamiast rozmowy i próby wyjaśnienia sytuacji, wybrano rozwiązanie symboliczne. W obiekcie tej klasy oczekuje się większej transparentności oferty oraz bardziej adekwatnej reakcji na zgłoszone uwagi.
Dodatkowo, przy wymeldowaniu kontakt z recepcją był wyraźnie zdystansowany, a na koniec zabrakło nawet podstawowego „do widzenia”.
Co ciekawe, po tej sytuacji nie miałam już wątpliwości, której osoby dotyczyła wcześniejsza rozmowa telefoniczna – zostało to dość jednoznacznie pokazane przy wymeldowaniu.
Podsumowując – bardzo dobry pobyt, który niestety został osłabiony przez sposób komunikacji i zakończenie wizyty.
