Good place if you want to stay near Palermo city center for a reasonable price.

My room was great it was a junior suite. High floor etc. amenities in room were good good location and easy access to sites
Staff was not super friendly. Maybe a cultural barrier but I’m Sicilian and tend to be more friendly. Especially if someone is paying me.

Front desk staff was sort of friendly and helped us with transport, and they also kept our luggage for a day and a half when we went in an excursion, but it seemed like it was a bother to them
We booked the rooms, confirmed with the hotel, received emails and confirmations that things were set and the hotel still didn’t have things right when we arrived. They were able to accommodate us with a different location but after 20 hours of travel
It was a disappointment.
The location was ideal. The room was good and the air conditioning didn’t go off which was much appreciated.
Even though there is a mini bar, glasses are not provided in the room so we had to ask. Also our safe didn’t work and although we reported it, it wasn’t fixed the whole week we were there. Easy things for a four star hotel to put right.
Very comfortable hotel about 15 minutes walk to historic centre. Rooms and bathroom a good size. Beds comfortable hotel is spotlessly clean. Straight walk to main train station
